Motorboat in the marina is included so you can go out and explore the island kingdom in Skåne's only archipelago. Own driveway with space for 2 cars. Kiosk 1 min away as well as outdoor gym,obstacle course, pickleballcourt, ping pong table and basketball court.

Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.
