Guest cottage in the countryside. Located in separate building on our property. The apartment has one (sleep) room/kitchen , furnished hall as well as bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, it's just to relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cottage is all by itself on a cape. There is one bedroom and one sofa bed . Electricity is available and all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and contemporary decor . No running water without water on a can. Drainage is in the kitchen. There is an incineration toilet but no shower.

"Sigges" red cottage by the sea
