The house has a separate entrance and is equipped with three spacious bedrooms, all with direct access to the garden terrace, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. You can walk to the best restaurants and bars. To reach the house there are about ten steps. The house is in a limited traffic zone in July only on the evening of the weekend and in August every day from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
