Access is a parking lot 38 minutes by car from Fukuoka Airport.Access is also good, a 10-minute walk from Chikuzenfukae Station. Unit is situated across a beautiful harbor area about 10-15min walk from the nearest subway station. Masaru, the host provides clear instructions and has bicycles available freely for guests which was really helpful (shortened the trip to the station to 5minutes). Big plus is the neighborhood that is so peaceful. Unit was as described, complete amenities and fixtures and has everything you need. You can grab groceries from a nearby supa and cook or some konbini within the area. We had a great week long stay and would definitely consider Masaru’s place again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location and view were great. Many eating places, bakery, supermarkets & subway in the area all within walking distance. We found the seat, coffee table and sofa are too low and uncomfortable for tall people. We would recommend a normal size table and chairs next to the kitchen area to replace the boxed in mattress on the floor that can’t be moved.

We love the place. It’s about 8 mins walk from JR station Yoshizuka (吉塚) and then another 2 mins to main station Hakata. It’s about to Subway station Chiyo-Kenchoguchi (千代縣廳口 ) station. The ramen shop just across the street , Sanmi Toka Ebisu is recommended. The host is friendly and helpful.

Had an unforgettable trip at Miss Kadaiko's house!The room is clean and cozy, located in a very quiet residential area, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, you can experience the life of local residents.In addition to the warm and thoughtful reception, it was as if I was their family. Ms.🥹 Kadaiko, a local of Fukuoka, is always energetic, full of enthusiasm and care for every guest. She chats with us when we leave early and return late (it's better if you speak Japanese). She also introduced me to other guests, so I met friends from all over the world. Everyone came to Fukuoka for different reasons to start a life experience. It's a wonderful memory!The dog Mei-chan is super cute and greets me before Miss Kayoko every time I come back, and this time she also got a new haircut ~ I highly recommend staying here, I will always remember this experience!Thank you so much for your care during this time, Miss Kayoko!!
