This is a luxurious rental of a newly built, modern Japanese-style detached house that can accommodate up to 11 people. Free parking is available for 2 cars, so you can use it as a base for your trip to Kyushu. The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays. We have a Nespresso coffee maker to help you relax from your travels. A map of nearby restaurants is available in the guidebook, so please use it as a reference for your meal.

Zuibaijien, a 150-year-old traditional Japanese house

This is a renovated 150-year-old house. Located in the mountains at an altitude of about 400 meters in the middle of Mt. Iwara in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, you can enjoy beautiful views in every season. The fresh air and water, the location, and the spacious space are very popular! Wake up in the morning to the sound of wild birds, the babbling of the river, and sweet, delicious water. Check-in is available from 1 pm so you can enjoy your stay. Company meetings, workshops, yoga classes, tea parties, mountain climbing (Ibarayama, Raizanyama), camping, etc. with friends and family. We have a variety of ideas for our customers. Fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, rice cooker, etc. There is a BBQ stove (please bring your own ingredients) There are two types of baths: a glass bath and a Goemon bath that is heated with firewood. There is a functional kitchen with cookware 🍲 and utensils such as pots, frying pans, chopsticks, and ladles. The living room has a TV 📺 and sofa, so you can comfortably stay as if you were at home. There is also a pool table 🎱, so please enjoy it with your friends 👫 and family 👪. There is also a nostalgic Pac-Man game machine. The Itokuro Estate is a historic Edo-era home built over 200 years ago. Newly renovated, it blends modern comfort with traditional Japanese architecture. Yumi and Yasumichi, the on-site caretakers, live in a separate area and do not share any living spaces or bathrooms with guests. They are available to assist guests and provide transportation to/from the local train station. Bicycles are available for the guests to explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of Itoshima.
