It was our second time staying at Glane and Timothy's place, and just like last time, we had a great stay. What we really liked about this place is the location. There are stores and eateries nearby and also a jeepney terminal if you don't want to bring a car to the city. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we visit Baguio. Thanks again for hosting us! :)

The place was such a good deal for the price, especially because of the location and surrounding areas. Some things in the unit could be cleaner and better, but we didn't have any problems otherwise. We had a good stay and we would stay again if we're in Baguio!

Comfortable, cozy place, very friendly host that respond quickly, nagbabrown out lang every wednesday na hindi na banggit sa amin and nag down din ang generator ng mismong building before kami mag check out kaya hindi na enjoy ang last day, plus recommended na mag self check in dahil mainipin ang isa nilang staff ,Tin is her name. I have no complaint to the host and the place, will still recommend sa mga friends ko, iwas lang sa date ng brown out and may attitude na staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Frainge's Place ! The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us a flexible check-in and even an extension of our stay when we needed it most. The caretaker was always available and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable in this home, and we’re so grateful for the flexibility and support we received. Highly recommended!

The place was great. The location is also few meters away from important sites of the locality. Moreover, the host was responsive and very accommodating.

The place is highly recommended. My family of 15 stayed there for 3 days and they enjoyed and felt comfortable to the place. Very neat and organized, spacious and accessible to groceries and spots to visit. Sir Dexter is very helpful and responsive to all my queries in spite of the fact that I'm on the other country (USA). Great Host. good and chill atmosphere. as long as you follow the instructions the place is very easy to find and also accessible to public transport.. we used a combination of jeepney and taxi if we came home very late. and it was very affordable. the place is spotless and clean the ambiance is great for a peaceful and relaxing stay. you'll hear the running water of the little river behind the place and it really helped me calm down and sleep through the night. 24hr running water and water heater for the shower. 100/10 will comeback and rent again when I come back to Baguio.

Very nice place! Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

Maria's Place in Baguio exceeded our expectations. The location is perfectly situated near Wright Park, The Mansion, Mines View, and Good Shepherd, making it easy to explore the city. Check-in was seamless, and the place was clean and exactly as described and shown on their Airbnb post. We also appreciated the flexibility with our early morning checkout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay in Baguio!

It was a bit challenging to find location at the start, but host was responsive and helped us locate the place in a timely manner. My family had an amazing stay and we enjoyed the view a lot. Amenities available is just right for us. We'll definitely come back again in future.

The room is nice, kumpleto sa gamit. If may own car ka super easy at accessible sya. You can leave your car sa parking nila tapos mag taxi taxi nalang to save your time sa pag hahanap ng parking sa labas. The place has a bit or old smell (di mabaho) but you can get past that after awhile. Mabait din ang mga host at caretaker considering na late wt biglaan kami nag book. Also mabilis interner nila at nice TV.

The place was worth the money as it was big. It looks like a luxury unit, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. I love how clean it was as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed our stay. The host also was very responsive, and is very much willing to accommodate our requests. Overall, we love our stay in the unit. Will definitely recommend to it to others.
