We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

What a stay we had!! It's been two weeks since we returned back, but I keep thinking of this place everyday and want to come back. I think we've never been treated so well and the owners did their best to welcome us. Once we arrived and were introduced to the apartment, we realised that this was exactly the apartment we were looking for. For a family of three people, we had everything needed for a week stay. The fridge was filled with a variety of local treats including beer. On the next day, the owner brought us a bag of pastries which was so kind and suggested he could with placing a reservation in the nearby restaurant - Pavlos taverna. It is a known place in Lefkada for its fantastic meat dishes and its always packed in the evenings. We celebrated my wife's birthday in there and without a doubt I could tell it was one of the best meals we ever had in a long time.I can overall highly recommend this place! Special thanks to the owners - wish you a good health and keep up what you do!

We had a very nice few days in our accommodation in Lefkada. The owner was very hospitable and took great care of us. His mother, an older woman, was also very sociable and nice. She even gave us some flowers. It would have been nice to know a little Greek :)

An absolute gem of a place. Emma and her mother made our stay simply perfect by providing everything we could have asked for and more. The spacious and comfy house was easy to find and super clean, offering every comfort needed. It offers a lot of privacy and quiet, along with incredible views of the surrounding sea and mountains (the visiting cats were a big plus!). It's location also makes it easy to get to one of the beautiful beaches or a great place to eat after only a short drive. We had an amazing time here and can't wait for a chance to return. Thank you for having us! =D

The house is very quiet and outside the village. The view over the pool and sea is unique and relaxing. Myrto gives many nice and helpful tips for the area, shopping and restaurants. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Communication worked great. We sincerely appreciate it.

WOW! This Villa was insane, unimaginably beautiful, the views are unparalleled. We all had the best time, such a relaxing and peaceful place. The pool is a great size, cold as we were out if season but still great! We couldn't fault the villa at all, it had everything we needed! What absolutely made our stay was our host, Spiros, he was simply the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about us having a great time. He recommended the best places to see, things to do and locations to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him when we made requests and we liked him so much, we invited him to have a drink at a local bar with her (he recommend the place and it was fantastic) he was a great laugh, he is an absolute credit to Diodati Villas! The villa is enough to make us want to return but Spiros has made us all start thinking about when we can return. Thank you for making our holiday so magical, especially because my wife & I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary

The island of Cephalonia is worth the trip. Our stay at Lambros made the vacation a perfect travel experience. The actual and brilliant hostess on site is Maria, the mother of Lambros. She lives next door and receives and accompanies the guests with great warmth throughout the entire period of the stay. She spoiled us with cake and jam and provided us with fresh laundry and helpful tips. The kitchen is very well equipped and the large terrace overlooking the sea is the heart of the accommodation. On the upper floor are two small bedrooms with not quite as comfortable spring mattresses. The house is easily accessible by (rental) car and the village of Farsa, conveniently located not far from Argostoli, is a good starting point for excursions. In summary, a highly recommended place to stay that is worth visiting again. We really found it hard to say goodbye. Thanks Maria for your warmth❤️!

We really enjoyed time in Villa Anait, we were pleased by the hospitality of Alex and welcoming food. The villa by itself is very fresh , stylish, modern and big enough for a family of 4. A place where you want to come back. We were happy to spent our vacation at your place!

Villa Anna commands a fantastic position. A very short walk (literally at the end of the driveway) to the beautiful beach and a number of brilliant tavernas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, offering privacy and luxury. The villa was immaculate, with spectacular views. Excellent sun loungers and various areas to enjoy the sun, or seek out some shade, we were very comfortable and happy. A bedding and towel change mid week was welcome. Lovely bathroom/shower rooms, with plenty of hot water. Some well stocked local supermarkets within easy walking distance, but be prepared for the steep hill to one of them. Ample parking at the villa, there are quite a few steps up to reach the villa which is above/behind Villa Paloma, which has a sign on the beachfront road.

Wow! This place is truly magical. Breathtaking views, a gorgeous pool terrace, spacious & comfortable interiors- All located in a beautiful village in the hills, conveniently located 10 mins drive from stunning beaches. Athina was so helpful with local knowledge & places to see, we had a superb time as a family of 8. She left a welcome pack of local fruit & veg aswell as honey, jam & wine, cheeses & butter. We felt so welcome and at home. There’s a mini market 5 mins walk away with all the basics & larger shops in small towns in 15 mins drive. Delicious & friendly restaurants & tavernas within 15 mins. The area is easy to drive around. Top 3 hot spots: Vouti beach/ Taverna, Assos & Fteri beach on the water taxi. My 10 year old loved feeding the village cats & seeing the goats walk past with their bells. Great places to swim, snorkel & jump off rocks - The water is the most turquoise I have ever seen! Forever memories made. This house, Kefalonia & Nifi has stolen our hearts.

Lovely villa with super patio space, and nice to be so close to a few restaurants in the village. We had a great time.

Rania's place was an amazing stay while we rested for a few days on Lefkada. It was an extremely beautiful house and location. It was a short drive into town for bakeries or dinner. Everything was as advertised and clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some peace and quiet whether staying at the house by the pool all day or going around the island to explore like we did!

We were welcomed by Marina who was very helpful, informative and available at all times. The pool was beautifully clean and the water was warm for early June. Marina kindly brought us breakfast of a drink and croissant on our first morning which was very unexpected but appreciated! We would recommend Eagle Nest Studios for a stay in Lourdata.

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely stay! The garden around the accommodation was very large, perfect for quiet relaxation. The accommodation was very good too, it has everything you need for a short stay in the area :) Léa was also very responsive by message to make our stay enjoyable :)

Maria welcomed me to the apartment. The apartment was spacious and had amazing views. Very comfortable. 5 minutes to the harbour.

A magical home in a wonderful location. My first trip to both this home and island. Will definitely be back. Also, Klara is an amazing artist with a phenomenal body of work. A must see.

I had been wanting to visit Ithaki for a long time and I got there on literally the last ferry and was lucky enough to count on Anastasia's home to welcome me there. The house is equipped with everything one might need for a short vacation, is 2 minutes away from the port, the cafeterias, taverna, etc. The environment is quite and inspires trust. I even walked up to the so called Odysseus Palace (ca. 50 minutes up the hills), it was a beautiful and symbolical walk, which one can do by car in probably just 10 minutes. Anastasia has a very warm, welcoming and always ready to help presence. Ευχαριστώ πολύ, it was a pleasure. Hopefully see you next time!

What a beautiful location! Great little place for a get away with a fantastic view. Host was very friendly and helpful!

We really loved staying at Alex’s place. We arrived during a storm, and he brought us extra blankets for the beds to keep us cosy. Also he gave us some delicious home made cake! On our last day he brought us some more sweet treats. We felt really spoilt. The area is lovely. We explored the nearby island of Lefkada, and visited Mytikas too. The apartment is very well equipped- especially the kitchen, ( Alex is a chef at the local yacht club during the summer season). It was warm and cosy, and we had such a great view from the lounge. We would love to visit again.

We had a fantastic week at Antonio's House, which is even better than in the pictures! Close to Vathi, clean, spacious enough for six people, super cold AC for the summer heat, lovely patio -- exactly what we needed. The folks at Ionian Reserve were very responsive and helpful; there was a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival and they were even able to accommodate a late checkout for us. We'd definitely stay here again!

George is a great host, very responsive to any questions, concerns or worries concerning taxis-ferries between the two Islands as George has the right connections to make your journey go smoothly. I would say though, on balance the taxi charges are very expensive (especially if your travelling on your own.) Hiring a car would be a cheaper option if this was something you required... I booked holiday at last minute so ran out of time sourcing transport. Ithaca is a beautiful small island and lots to see, so a car/motorcycle is a must to get around and see it. Kioni is a beautiful little Port, fine restaurants/cafes, chic jewellery shops but not alot else going down. George's place is exceptional, beautiful interior stone walls, bed very comfy! it is up a short steep hill, but it will keep you fit! I would highly recommend Georges place, perfect family accommodation, as there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I never used the cooker/hob so I can't comment about them. Thanks again George
