I found everything consistent with the listing. I found the environment to be very clean and organized. Everything is very easy and functional... I thought the bedroom spaces are ideal for handling travel bags... there are no wardrobes, but all the available supports are very useful... The host was very helpful when I needed him, responded quickly and was ready to meet my demands. The location is great, it's only second to the beachfront... I was pleased!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our tours much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

Andréia was an excellent host, always asking, giving tips and helping when we needed it, all while responding quickly. The Airbnb was very well located, next to the sign, close to everything. In addition, it is located inside a hotel so we can use the hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool or restaurant. The room is spacious with two large beds, it has a kitchen with a microwave and kettle. We went in two, so we were very comfortable and had plenty of space left. I recommend and would come back on this airbnb.

I highly recommend the apartment. Attentive host, comfortable bed, fast wi-fi for work, breakfast in the indoor restaurant, quiet at night, cozy space, great location with everything nearby. Everything is identical to the photos. I intend to return on vacation and stay longer.

I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is luxurious with a movie-like view. It is well worth it. And to make it even better, the support team is very diligent, solving and responding to everything quickly. The only item I would improve would be the seal on the small bedroom window that communicates with the hall where breakfast is served. Due to the window material, from 6 a.m. onwards, there is a lot of noise from cups and plates. I recommend closing the window with masonry or plasterboard from the inside (so as not to mess with the building's aesthetics). With this small change, the apartment will not be a 10...it will be a 1000!

A beautiful, fragrant, clean, airy, super well located apartment. Brunna is super attentive. Everything is perfect. We have investments in Intermares and we will return more often to monitor the progress of the works. And, of course, we will stay with Rosarita again.

Second time we stayed in the apartment and they managed to make it even better than it already was. Very clean and organized, they left treats for us, equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, wonderful location! It's our favorite place to stay, and with very good service!

A much better place than you could imagine, excellent space, even for a family trip. Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen items to make your meals and snacks, if necessary, a safe place and close to excellent restaurants and tourist spots.

The view , ideal location , facing the sea but a quieter part and at the same time close to good restaurants in the Jardim Oceania neighborhood. Close to the Bessa grill for evening shows. Pretty decor, well-equipped ,even a dishwasher.

We've had a magnificent stay and would definitely come back. Flat is well furnished, comfortable beds, well located in a safe area on a walking distance from the sea, supermarket and pharmacies. The terrace area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area was a plus. The host, Manuel, is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a very late check-in and he made sure to greet us in person. One of my best Airbnb experience and I highly recommend the place.

Beach Haus is very well located, new building, great pool, it is possible to enter through the front and back of the building, in the back it is in front of the beach, suitable for bathing, with a beautiful sunrise!!
