The space is large and super nice. Very quiet and with a lot of privacy. For those who love nature, I'm sure you'll love staying there, the garden is integrated with all the spaces of the house, which gives the feeling of freedom and leisure even in the rooms, which are spacious, clean and organized. You can have a barbecue and a fire in the yard, everything is very well thought out in every detail for a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back as soon as possible! Were sensational days! Mr. Antônio's house is wonderful and very clean and organized. The attention he gave us since before the entrance and even after the exit was surreal. Can rent without fear, vcs will be enchanted! In the condominium, close to the house there is a court with a lane around which was great for running, and I did not do my physical activity. The house has everything you need for excellent lodging, we hope to be back soon!

We went to the family, 15 people in total and everyone loved the house in every respect, space, cleaning, good rooms and clean swimming pool. The attention we received from Marcela was wonderful at check in and check out. I leave here my thanks, thank you very much. And we will definitely be back.

The location was also perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the main beaches and restaurants. Great home for a big group trip. The pool, sauna and outdoor area are really great options for spending all day or relaxing after the beach. The host is responsive and flexible, providing all the requested information. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay at Juliana's place was great. In fact, as mentioned in comments below, the house surprises in person. It is wide, airy and was clean. It has a very good structure and allows everyone to be well accommodated. We had complications due to an overload of energy in Guarapari, but this did not hinder the stay. On the contrary, we were able to adjust what she gave and Juliana was super attentive. It's close to the beach and has some amenities nearby. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

The house is cute! Highlighting the super complete outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue area, and outdoor refrigerator. The rooms are all good, with air-conditioning. The bathrooms are also super good. Kitchen integrated with the living room, which ensures an optimal space. I think it could have an air fryer! It helps a lot in everyday life, but it is very well equipped! The house is very close to Bacutia beach and you can walk there - maximum 10 minutes. The path during the day is quiet, but at night it is quite deserted and ideally needs to be reached by car. There is a market, a beverage distributor nearby and it is next to Meaipe, which has a good structure of restaurants. It is 10 km from Guarapari. One difference was Gabrielle's service, who was always super helpful! She always helped us with everything we needed, even when we needed the sheets she promptly helped us. He cleared up all the doubts, sent all the tips and points about the house. The house has a great space for the kids and we took our pet who felt super comfortable!

A great experience, my family and I were very welcome, the house exceeded our expectations, a very cozy and comfortable place, it is very close to the Siri Lagoon, it is not even necessary to take the car out of the garage. The stay at Marília's place was great! Plenty of space, leisure area is great, quiet. Good location, close to the beaches of Peracanga and Bacutia (the best). Marília was attentive from the moment of the reservation, she always responded to us and helped us with tips too. The whole group loved it!

The place is simply extraordinary! Delícia de Place! We felt at home, with all these necessary amenities, made us very comfortable. Extremely clean house with freshly cleaned up nice smell. Great pool too, the high point. The Super Near Beaches, 5 minutes drive. We want to come back for sure. Queila was very considerate and kind. Our stay was short but enough to make us want to return soon, and certainly refer to friends and family.

Host is very good, responds fast, proactive, helpful and offers several good tips and vouchers. The house matches the ad, very new and functional. In my opinion, I should have a swimming pool instead of the jacuzzi, by the number of people it holds. The location is good, very quiet and apparently safe, despite the short stretch of road of floor (2min), is very close (5min) to the center of Meaípe and the beaches of Bacutia and Peracanga.

The house can be better than the advertised in the photos. And more complete as well. The entire house was impeccable and extremely clean. Smelling linens and towels. The housekeeper (unfortunately I don't remember the name) was going to clean the pool every other day. In the kitchen in all the utensils you can imagine (from varying glasses to couscous!) Victor was an excellent host, always texting to see if everything was right and if we needed anything. Anyway... we'll be back for sure!
