Excellent house, everything new, including furniture. The place has everything you need for a beach trip. The house has everything from a beach chair, stroller and all the kitchen utensils. Very quiet place and close to the beaches. It has an electronic gate, parking spaces and a barbecue area. It surpassed the expectations.

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches.
