The house is new, well organized and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We had a good stay, but on the first day we couldn't use the pool because it wasn't clean yet because of the rains, but soon the caretaker Gilson cleaned it and was super attentive. The area is quiet, but with little commerce and uneven streets. Paulo is super kind and good people! Overall, it was a great experience!

Casa is perfect, extremely clean, cozy, it has everything, dryer, iron, all the items that a house needs. Best of all took two pets that felt super good! The tips Humberto gave in relation to the walks were great. We're definitely coming back.😃

Casa personally is much better than the photos that are already good, they can rent without fear. very functional kitchen and has everything a big family needs, we went with my elderly parents and with a mother in a wheelchair and it was very accessible. The covered garage is perfect, because although it is in the back, the owner of the space in front owns a store on the ground floor of the building, and in less than a minute he was there to maneuver.
