The neighborhood is very quiet, you can't even tell there are residents in the building because it's so quiet. It has a very good pool. For those who go by road bus (as I did) to go to the center of Monguaga only by transport app, which was the one I used the most, or take a good walk to the center because it is busier there and you can find everything. I just didn't like the Quiosques da Orla, they are all very old and as I went on days when I had to be very careful with gastroenteritis, they all appeared to have water of dubious origin, the beaches in the center do, the kiosks are more reliable and going in the opposite direction to the center there is the Parque da Tribuna which is interesting and the Ponte dos Pescadores, there is also a better infrastructure. The house is exactly like in the pictures. Jucian always attentive and helpful, responded with great agility and was super flexible with check-up hours. We went with three children and one of them of one year and six months that loves to run, the pool has protection and with that we are more relaxed and we were able to enjoy without ever more attentive concern. we will return for sure.

The house is perfect, my whole family felt at home, Édson answered all questions promptly and was always very responsive. The beach near the house is wonderful, but researching from there you can find many other options in the region. One point that I hadn't noticed and was surprised by was the size of the garage, we were able to store 4 cars easily.
