We, the owners, live in the main house in front. Guests have complete freedom and privacy in the cottage. We are close to the sea, approximately 10 minutes from the central beach of Itanhaém/SP. Quiet residential neighborhood, with nearby businesses. Extremely safe, automatic gate, with control, closed wall.
