House is in a well located place, a little far from the center, in a quieter area, but close to supermarkets and other shops. 20 min from downtown Penedo Condominium with a very good structure. Great for spending a season with friends and family.

I loved it!!! I spent New Year's Eve with my family at Mr. Aquiles' place, with Ms. Anita taking care of us …I didn't want to leave anymore! It was wonderful! I ate food made on the wood stove and kale that was harvested in the backyard! That's priceless! Loved it all. Spacious house, towels and linens on a whim….Better than in my house! 😊 The bathroom shower with hot water…highly recommend! And on top of that, a mountain look, of stunning nature! Ariosto was very helpful, sent us very clear instructions about the accommodation, what to bring, where to buy things, contact of employees, how to get to the place. Everything is very organized. The property is excellent, with plenty of space, spacious and many options for activities whether on rainy or sunny days. It served the purpose of bringing together friendly couples with children in a convivial space on a weekend very well.

Perfect for those looking to isolate themselves a little for a few days of peace. Beautiful surroundings, mesmerizing views, the house is very beautiful and with great taste decoration. The only points of attention are: the road can be a little challenging especially if it is raining, and it could also have more diversity in kitchen items (dishes, glasses, etc.). But overall, it's an amazing experience that was well worth the trip and cost, I would certainly come back and recommend it.

The house is amazing!!! Even more amazing than the photos. The view is all that!!! The place is great, all new and clean, impeccable! It is away to the extent, with mt privacy and without great difficulties on the road (I do not have 4x4 and we managed to arrive peacefully). Márcia was very attentive, answered promptly in the wpp all the messages, accurately described the location, we had no trouble locating the gps. It was super flexible with the check-in and check-out times. Special compliment for the bed of the main suite. What a wonderful bed!!!! Better than many hotels. I loved my days at Gustavo's home! Besides being a very lovely person and asks, it has helped us in everything we need. The cabin is simple, rustic and very charming. It had everything we needed, from kitchen items, delicious hot bath, fireplace (in which Gustavo himself helped us to light), covers and a very cozy room. Everything was very clean. The place is for those who want to immerse themselves in nature, enjoy and relax with simplicity, but a lot of comfort! The property is very beautiful, with many native trees, other chalezinhos and a creek with small waterfalls. The tasty water noise can be heard from everywhere. In addition, the property is close to several attractions of the region. We were able to get to know the Itatiaia National Park (high and low), Visconde de Maua and nearby, in addition to the tourist center of Penedo. Anyway, it was worth every second and we'll be back for sure! Gustavo and its accommodation are note 10! We just have to thank you.

The house is extremely well located within the Santa Clara Valley, allowing you to walk to waterfalls but also has easy mobility in and out of the valley, facilitating trips to the regions of Maringá and Maromba. Haleff helped us with everything we needed, our compliments to him, extremely helpful!

I really enjoyed staying at João's apartment, who was very attentive during our stay at his home. The house was clean, organized and with everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Basic items, cleaning supplies available. There were even mats in the bathroom and bedroom, which I don't usually find in other places I stay. The location is excellent, with everything close by, bars, restaurants, supermarket, tourist attractions, etc. The building staff are very polite and attentive. I'll be back and will recommend it to friends.

A refuge inside the Alcantilado! The cosy house with a large green area and a lovely balcony covered by Angel Shoes. Gramado with a place to network close to the river and also on the balcony. Large room, illuminated and with a fireplace for the colder nights. Shower with great water pressure and gas. Kitchen complete with stove and oven, large refrigerator and glasses and cutlery and appliances. I spent a beautiful carnival listening to birds and observing nature, vi hedgehog, hummingbird, saracura of the swamp, many butterflies and also saw time pass different from the big city, with more calm and silence. I had good breakfast and afternoons that I will remember until the next holiday I come back. This house is the end point in the debate between stay at AIRBNB or hotel, I stay with Casa do Alcantilado no doubt! Thank you for the reception of Gislaine, which was punctual and objective, indicated tours, a nearby sale and was fully receptive in contact with Zap. The apartment is, as always, impeccable and with several utensils that leave you wanting for nothing, I love staying with my family, extremely clean and cozy house. Mr. Geremias and his wife are always helpful. Apartment with great location. I only have compliments.

very awesome place! the house is beautiful, and amazingly clean. it is so peaceful and close to nature. the perfect place to meditate and unwind! the swimming pool is private and the water is very clean. the river is very relaxing. the neighborhood can be dangerous. you really need to stick to the big, main roads. do not drive through the neighborhoods or small streets. our uber got shot at and bullets went through the window. nobody was hit but it was scary! be safe!

It was good, the location is cool! It had everything that was informed in the announcement, available. It could only be clear the fact that it was on the fourth floor and had enough stairs to climb, this was a “difficulty” for us with a 2-year-old and my mother at 55 years old, with a spine problem. The living room is not large, the sofa is very old and there are 2 people sitting, we find it uncomfortable for a house that is rented for 6 people to stay. So who wants to "like" the house is not an advantage. The kitchen is minuscula, you can only use one person at a time, which made it difficult to make our meals there. We leave the recommendation to those who really want to go to sleep, take a bath and actually enjoy the trip away from home.

Great stay in the chalet of Carlos. Attentive and easy-to communicate host and always quickly answered any questions we had. This was the third time that my family and I stayed in the condominium and Carlos's chalet was the best of all we have ever rented. We will definitely return.
