o apartamento estava impecável, tudo muito limpo, aconchegante, a zeladora foi extremamente educada e nos ajudou muito, cozinha bem equipada, roupa de cama limpa, toalhas de banho, cobertas, utensílios de cozinha, tudo estava conforme o anúncio e foi muito útil, com certeza voltaremos novamente.

O espaço é bem aconchegante e conectado à natureza, localização muito boa principalmente para quem vai curtir as noites na Green Valley (não pega trânsito pois é contra fluxo), a Sra Vanilza foi muito atenciosa e sempre deu todo suporte necessário para o nosso pessoal. Tivemos uma estadia boa no local, e recomendo a hospedagem.

El departamento estaba súper equipado y presentaba gestos de hospitalidad como café, azúcar, sal, agua mineral, jabón para la ropa, artículos de tocador, ropa de cama acondicionada, vajilla súper completa y otros detalles significativos que hacen a un buen anfitrión! Limpio, ordenado, funcional, ambientado con buen gusto y seguro. Lo único que nos quedó un poco pequeño fue el garage, no es del todo compatible para una camioneta. Solo sugeriría, tomar contacto con los huéspedes 24hs antes. Agradezco mucho Leonardo tu calidez. Hermoso alojamiento.

Apartamento maravilhoso! Bem localizado, poucas quadras da praia, próximo de mercados e restaurantes. O ambiente é lindo, bem decorado, com todos os utensílios novos, e super completo! Roupa de cama boa e limpa, chuveiros ótimos, fogão de indução, máquina lava e seca, TV Smart, tudo novo e funcionando. Voltaria com toda certeza!

O apartamento de André é excelente. Atende as expectativas em termos de limpeza, espaço, localização e facilidade de acesso. Merece com certeza nota 5. Porém, para melhorar a experiência dos hóspedes, senti falta de algumas coisas: Apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico é disponibilizado por banheiro, acredito q não custava nada ter mais 1. As portas tinham um rangido alto, quem tem criança sabe o qto incomoda o entrar e sair do quarto com a criança dormindo. Tbm senti MUITA falta de uma garrafa de café, mais um pano de prato, e cabides.

só tenho a agradecer a Raquel e a família pela flexibilidade de horário para que eu pudesse fazer o checkin um pouco mais cedo do previsto. me enviou mensagem para saber se estava tudo bem enquanto estava hospedada em sua residência. a casa tão limpinha e cheirosa, me senti realmente em casa, ambiente com tema da páscoa, tudo pensado com muito carinho. mercados e padaria nas proximidades, ótimo para caminhar. com certeza voltarei novamente futuramente, super recomendo.
