Our stay was wonderful! The house exceeded all our expectations. It is excellent, very clean and fully equipped. We were received with great affection and attention, and our dog was also very welcome. The location is perfect for rest, but at the same time close to the main attractions and restaurants of Itaipava and Araras. The house offers everything we need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was an amazing weekend. The place is lovely. Lots of nature. Unfortunately it rained, but we enjoyed it in another way. Iara and Ronir are wonderful, friendly and polite people. Access to the site is very bad, but it was worth the sacrifice. We'll be back soon.

Luciano was very kind, always communicating with us when necessary and concerned with welcoming us in comfort. The house was extremely clean, I venture to say that it was the cleanest airbnb house I've ever stayed on (and it's been more than 30 homes over the years). The towels were impeccable with clean linens, bedding, floors, bathrooms... The super-equipped kitchen, with airfryer, microwave, blender, gril, juice juicer, piqueira, water filter and other things. Everything works properly and very clean. The external space is beautiful, also very well equipped, with refrigerator, freezer, table, chairs, sink and a great grill (which, by the way, we use). The pool is huge and was very clean. In short, the house is beautiful, airy, well equipped, clean, with good beds and with an excellent host. I hope to rent it again until the end of our postgraduate degree.

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a peaceful family holiday and that's what we found. We already knew the condominium, the view is incredible and being able to watch both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony is spectacular. The house was impeccably clean and had all the basics we needed in the kitchen. Beds are delicious! We were not lucky enough to use the pool because we got colder days, but our baby enjoyed the bathtub with warm water. We were hoping for sun, but we loved the stay anyway! The hosts responded to us super fast when we made contact and were super nice. We're back home and miss the view of the mountains :)

We went to two couples and the experience was amazing. The house is much more beautiful and equipped than the photos of the listing show. There are 4 fireplaces, hydro and sauna functioning perfectly. Nice, comfortable and perfect environment for disconnecting. There is no signal for any operator in the region as it is a place between mountains, but this was not a problem, on the contrary. Marquinhos received us very well and gave us all the attention needed to make our stay incredible. Exuberant nature from the road to the accommodation. We are very happy and we hope to return as soon as possible to enjoy more and more.

The property is a paradise!! sleep with the noise of the river passing through the property and in the midst of nature is delicious. I recommend to those who want rest and peace in the midst of nature, but with the amenities of the proximity of the center of Teresópolis

It was my birthday, I went with 10 people and a puppy, easy to get to. We found a beautiful place. Better than the pictures. Large house with a beautiful and comfortable room, had a lot of space with a huge television. Da Sala sees a gorgeous waterfall Spacious backyard with a swimming pool and very good barbecue all equipped with everything for a great barbecue. love it. Kitchen with everything you need for a nice lunch for family and friends. On the underside there are 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms. Above two more bedrooms and a bathroom All very cosy and good to sleep. I received praise for choosing this place. I must say it was fine smelling and clean. great internet. Flexible hours and a perfect communication. Super indico 😉

Simply amazing! The house is a true refuge in the middle of the forest, with total privacy and a wonderful backyard. One of the great highlights is the private waterfall in the backyard — a rare privilege! In addition, the main waterfalls of the region are only 3 and 6 minutes by car, which makes it much easier for tours. The house was super clean, as was the pool, which shows the care for maintenance. The host, Márcio, was excellent from start to finish — super attentive, communicative and flexible with check-in and checkout times, which made all the difference in our stay. No doubt I will return! A unique experience of connecting with nature, comfort and tranquility.

I loved my experience at Casa Leve. The house is exactly like in the pictures, simple, beautiful and cozy. Ideal place to rest. We had some setbacks with the light of the region, but Bruna quickly responded to what gave us a lot of tranquility until it was solved. We received instructions to get there, a pdf with everything we could need. Boa internet, the house does not have a TV, so we took a projector and played the image to the white wall of the room and it was sensational. A good delivery option that allowed us to enjoy the house itself a lot. My dogs loved the space too, enjoyed a lot of freedom through the fenced backyard!

Everything impeccable! I only have compliments, the house is perfect, cozy, it feels like we are in our house (in every way). The house was extremely clean, all smelly and neat. All thought with great affection and care. It has everything we need for everyday life, the kitchen is super-equipped. It's all wonderful! I and my family have already left wanting to come back and we will definitely come back. Thanks Mathilde and Juliana, you're special!

The house is very tasty. The outside area is the heart of the house, wrapped in a spectacular green. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and is very cozy. André was very helpful and kind. Worth a lot. There is still Maria that in addition to going there every day within the contract to give a tidy, we hired as a cook. And it was great. We're back already wanting to go back.

The house is very large and very equipped. There are small shops nearby that made our life easier. Maria answered all our questions and was very friendly and helpful before, during and after the stay. Too bad the weather didn't help and we couldn't enjoy the pool, but we'll definitely be back in the summer. Super recommend !

Samantha's house is exactly like in the pictures. Super welcoming, pleasant and impeccable cleaning. Kitchen well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. We were greeted by Adriana who was super polite. Samantha and Adriana always proactive, quick and super polite responses. We will definitely return at another time.

It was wonderful from beginning to end. We are extremely pleased with the accommodation and service. We were surprised by the house, all very well cared for and modern. We will definitely go back and we've already indicated it to friends!

We arrived home now and are still carrying the good energies of the place. Our stay was wonderful! We would like to first thank you all for your attention and kindness! Daniel, Suzana, Bárbara, Gabriel and everyone involved with the site. The place is an amazing place to connect with nature it is surrounded by a beautiful forest. Our children loved being able to have this contact with nature! there were many things to do, such as the Beach tennis court/ Football, fishing, walking around the place and picking up countless fruits that had or cool off in the waterfall pool. In addition to the trail that at the end has a beautiful viewpoint where our children planted two trees.

Amazing place, exceeded all expectations, everything was much more than in the photos, it was very worthwhile, the host was very kind and attentive. At the beginning of the year we met the house as guests of a family member who rented the space. My family and I really liked everything, the accommodations, outdoor space, cleaning. We decided to rent for a weekend and the experience was even more amazing. Since the first contacts before closing the rent, Patricia was extremely educated and kind, taking all the doubts out, giving suggestions on what to do in the city, informing the operating hours and location of useful services. During the stay, he responded promptly and removed all the doubts that arose, in addition to making checkin and checkout more flexible. The house is perfect, my children loved the period we spent there and we will definitely be back at some point.

They were great moments. The house is very beautiful and you notice a lot of affection in the details. It had all the appliances working and plenty of kitchen equipment. The condominium is super quiet with a very beautiful and well-maintained garden. Cristiano is very nice, helpful and welcoming. Nothing to complain about... only compliments and thanks.
