Great location for a couple who want to spend a few days in Itaipava, Condominio has a great leisure area and is very close to everything, from the Itaipava Fair to Itaipava restaurants and malls. It's worth getting to know.

Great location only one block from Copacabana Beach. Beautiful view from rooftop. Good space for larger groups with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Host and building staff are friendly and professional.

Excellent place in Rio, about 200 meters from the Sheraton hotel, which has a small beach and about 800 meters from the Leblon area of Ipanema beach. While you have to climb a few steps, to get to the apartment, the view and tranquility are worth it. It also has very comfortable and quiet common spaces. You can request Uber and transport to the Faro club which is about 100 meters walking. Saving accessibility issues is a highly recommended place.

We were very well received by Mr. João's son. Great gourmet area. Breathtaking view. For those who want to rest, the place is extremely quiet. Access is good with paved runways and inside the condominium with cobblestone.

we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it. We went on Easter with the family. Everything went well. Rogério (homemade) welcomed us very well and was always ready to help us. The place is close to the center of itaipava, which has many attractions.

We loved this Airbnb! My husband and I were working remotely during our stay so we spent a lot of time in Celia’s home and it was perfect. WiFi was amazing, the natural light was amazing, the neighborhood is amazing. Would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in Rio. Thank you Celia!

The home experience was great!! From the beginning, the Host answered all our questions very politely and quickly. When we arrived we were well received and we were very comfortable. The space corresponds to the photos and we can enjoy the common area and the internal accommodations well.

we love the stay and come back, we need a quiet place to rest and for us this is being our refuge. quiet place, where we can make our barbecue and still catch a sun with a delicious shower to refresh ourselves, and in case something is missing there is a huge supermarket in front of everything we need.

The loft is a delight, amidst the green, inside a condominium and super close to the center of Araras, where you can find markets with quality products and good restaurants. The only points of improvement would be the curtains that do not prevent the passage of clarity and a slightly larger barbecue with a water point ( sink) near the pool. However, this becomes small, when we consider the beauty of the place and the attention of the owners ! We would return with ctza !

I have no words to describe the amazing weekend we spent at Lucila's house. The place is simply wonderful: spacious, spotlessly clean, fragrant, fully equipped and a real immersion in culture. Beautiful place, with lots of fruit trees and a cozy outdoor area. Lucila, the host, is a charming, super-intelligent, friendly person and always willing to help. It was an unforgettable experience. I recommend it without a doubt and hope to return soon!

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

My experience in this hosting was just amazing! The atmosphere is super cozy, well decorated and with a very positive energy. The rooms were impeccable, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed to feel at home. The whole extremely clean and organized house, very spacious, a backyard that looked like soap opera. Not counting the location, which is perfect, close to the beach, has market, warehouse and pharmacy nearby. He can walk to the center without getting tired. My family loved the carnival in the house, despite the busy time on the street of the house it was quiet, without a mess. The team was extremely helpful and always willing to help. Of course, I recommend and will be back whenever possible, my family loved it and is already planning the next one. A wonderful experience! Mauricio is super attentive and polite.

The stay was great and praised by my entire family. The house has very comfortable en-suites, a good leisure area and a great location. Another point to note is that the host was always very attentive and responsive to all our demands throughout the stay. As an opportunity for improvement, I mention that the stove located in the barbecue area could be working and that the two existing refrigerators in the house could be working (only one was in good condition). For large groups like ours, it would help a lot. However, these points do not diminish the qualities of the house and the hosting experience.

The property is great! It was possible to enjoy both Sol days and rainy days. We went with a cat and a dog and since all windows have a mosquito net, we can leave the windows open and the cat inside the house safely. The outside area has a lot of space so it was great for the children and the dog to run at will and play ball. The hosts are super receptive and have all the questions answered. The house has automation with voice commands, which makes entertainment much easier. Finally, despite being an airbnb you'll feel like you're in a hotel, hosts offer plenty of amenities beyond the basics!

Great house! We had support from the anti-apreses throughout the stay and you were going to clean the pool every day, very friendly. We like the house very much, especially the space. We are already programming around us!
