Fernanda's apt is well as they are in the photos, we arrived and everything was clean and in order. Fernanda is very flexible, allowed that change in our reservation and we were able to arrive before the originally scheduled day. Ajeitou everything for the time of our check in. During the stay the condominium had a problem, and Fernanda soon became available to solve and was careful to solve the issue. Me and my husband would like to thank you for your attention! I really like the space.

The apartment is wonderful, Katia a helpful hostess who helped me all the time I was in the accommodation, amazing apartment in a central location, perfect for those who want to get to know the city or are at work. Beautiful functional apartment and with everything that is necessary to spend your stay, I highly recommend everything clean and organized the perfect kitchen and the room as well, I only have to thank Kátia who did that at all times was present and facilitated my time in Santa Maria, I traveled for work and I could always count on her, I recommend to everyone that they know and be a guest in this accommodation.
