Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. Our chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood of Itaara with a good neighborhood and is open to welcome guests in all seasons. It is a fully open cabin/loft-style chalet, ideal for couples or families with children. It has a double bed and two single mattresses on top, and a sofa bed on the bottom. Comfortably accommodates 4-5 people. We do not rent for parties. Large patio with swimming pool, fireplace and barbecue.

Perfect place, surrounded by nature, with privacy (end of the street) and great accommodations, close to the market, pharmacy, etc. Large native bush, with kiosk for socializing. Equipped with all necessary appliances and fireplace. Very cozy. It does not have air conditioning (only fans) because the place is very cool. In the summer we set up a 5000 L swimming pool. Property with accessibility. - Available for events, upon request (value according to the number of people)

It has a sofa bed. If it is a family, it can be used by 6 people. Heated pool! Barbecue, pool table and even Karaoke to have fun with the family (projector, sound and microphones) Only 5 minutes on a dirt road (1.9 km). Safe and quiet place. Wake up to the sound of birds.
