This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. Hello everyone. I am Yutaka & Lino, and I live with my family of three in Tokyo. This villa in Chiba Prefecture is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is a very relaxing home. Our villa is inconvenient to access by train, so I recommend coming by car. Passing through a narrow rice field road, there is a three-story house with a garden. There is Wi-Fi and a workspace on the 1st and 2nd floors, making it comfortable for long workations. The ■first floor is a kitchen & living room adjacent to the garden 　Feel free to use the wine cellar and hot plates The ■2nd floor is a bedroom with large windows and sunlight streaming in 　Relax by the fireplace 　You can watch your favorite videos on the projector The rooftop terrace on the■ 3rd floor has a beach bed, folding pool, and hot water shower ■The large yard has a pond and you can dine on a wooden deck surrounded by nature At night, you can enjoy a bonfire and glamping while watching the starry sky You can also enjoy BBQ in the garden if you bring a BBQ set (* We do not sell charcoal, etc. Thank you for your understanding) 10 minutes by car to the sea. Rivera Konami Old House with a Private Beach, Wood Stove, BBQ, and Starry Sky

A fully renovated private house on the small wave moon coast of Onjuku, with a sandy beach right in front of you, comparable to a private beach. You can have a BBQ on the sandy beach, and the BBQ space has a roof so you can have it even when it rains. It's a great place to relax under a tent while listening to the waves, and the whole family can enjoy themselves freely. Please come. Pets are limited to dogs up to 60 cm in length. It will be 2,000 yen per dog. Please let us know when you book if you are bringing a dog. (We have dog shampoo and sheets) Please do not let dogs into the Japanese-style room. The Konami Beach is right in front of you, so please remove any sand before entering the room. You can use the wood-burning fireplace from November to February of the following year. Please note that we use waste wood for firewood.
