It is an old house built over 100 years ago, like Kyomachiya, located on Okiki Castle Town Street, called Okiki Castle Town Street in Boso. Otaki Castle (one of the Tokugawa Ieyasu Shitenno Honda) and nationally designated important cultural properties are preserved, and the old castle town, which is rare in Chiba, spreads nostalgia. If you take a step further, it is a great location with a sea mountain with a river to play, a canyon, and a black hot spring.(Within 10-30 minutes by car) You can use it as a base to enjoy the nature of Boso.Wakasagi fishing on Takau Falls Lake and the reversal of magnetism hundreds of thousands of years ago, Chivanian is world famous and feels a tremendous amount of time and power in a quietly raised terrain from the sea. The facility is located overlooking the Isumi River, and the ground is bedrock. When you come by car, it takes 20 minutes from the Ichihara Tsurumai Interchange on the Keno Expressway. It takes 80 minutes by express bus to Otaki from Tokyo station. It is less than 1 hour by car from Haneda Airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Narita Airport. The nearest station is Otaki Station, a 12-minute walk away.(Due to the derailment of the Isumi Railway, some sections will be operated by the Isumi Railway Substitute Bus)

This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a Dried fish shop. It is a long, deep row house with a very unique construction. The inconvenience of glowing everywhere, such as the dirt room right from the entrance, a small living room, a steep staircase, and a slightly tilted second floor.It was renovated to be comfortable while retaining the appearance of the time. The location of the inn is right behind Katsuura Mori Street and the shopping district, so it is in a good location.It is a short walk to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing.In the morning, you can buy vegetables and dried food at the morning market, take a break at a famous local coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or take a bath in Matsunoyu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture!There are also a variety of nearby izakayas with a reasonable and good atmosphere.Try Katsuura Tantan noodles! We renovated an old house that my grandmother used to live in, as much as we could by ourselves. Kujukuri Beach, which spreads out as soon as you walk, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and spent time together for many years. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed optical Wi-Fi and a sauna, it's a space where families, couples, and friends can relax. One of the charming things about this house is that cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. Yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used at the beach, carts, 2 bicycles, sand sets and toys for children, chairs, auxiliary toilets, picture books, hanging tents, etc., we have facilities that will delight small children. Please let me know if you need any assistance with long-term stays. We also offer special discounts for workations. It's dimly lit, so you can sleep very well.It may not be a job. This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea.
