Vacation rentals with lake access in Istria County

What if you get a warm welcome, even being very late, arriving in a familiar location, real “green oasis”? What, if you get overarching help and hearty hostage 24/7, excellent domestic knowledge for free and everything is simply like described in offer? That’s where we have been for 2 weeks – at Mila’s home in Banjole, very beautiful Croatian surroundings included. Most recommendable of course – we are thinking of coming back. Alma ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Da wir bei Dunkelheit und sehr spät angereist sind und Alma uns nicht persönlich empfangen konnte, hatte sie alles für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet (Einfahrtstor geöffnet und Licht angemacht), so fühlten wir uns gleich willkommen. Es gab bereits vorab Fotos von der Einfahrt und Schlüsselsafe. Auch gab es sogar eine Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag. Alma hat uns nach der Ankunft Links mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurantstipps geschickt. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten mit Whirlpool waren wie auf den Fotos, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Es gab Duschgel und Shampoo, reichlich Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und zusätzliche Bettwäsche. Im Kühlschrank waren sogar Getränke kaltgestellt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

I travelled with my whole family (in total 6 adults and 2 children) and we simply had a perfect time at Vanda's accommodation! For the arrival we got fresh fruits and schapps as a nice welcome gift from the super nice hosts Vanda & Mladen. The house with each room is even better and bigger than shown on the pictures and the property itsself including the garden, pool (Mladen also cleaned the pool 1-2 times early in the morning during our stay which is super!), poolhouse, BBQ place etc. are simply wonderful. We have spent most of the time at "home" because all we needed was there. The area around the house is also beautiful including very good restaurants in walking distance. Overall we had a perfect time and holiday together as family and enjoyed every single moment! Vanda & Malden are super nice and great hosts - highly recommended! And we hope to be back... :o)

We stayed at Alen's place near Buzet for 4 nights in September 2019. From start to finish it was excellent. Alen met us at the property, welcoming us with a bottle of his family's superb wine, and a comprehensive showing of the property and all of its facilities. Alen is a very nice man, and was available for any quesitons or queries we had. the property itself is spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The description in the listing is accurate. the area around the property is great if you love nature and being away from it all. it is however within easy reach of the town of Buzet, with all of the usual amenities; supermarkets, bars, restaurants. easy access to the pool on the property, which was essential for us, given how hot the weather was. Overall, I cannot think of a single negative about Alen's property, nor about his hosting. highly recommended, 5 star review. thank you Alen for letting us stay.

Die Familie ist herzlich und die Gastfreundschaft unübertrefflich!! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Haus liegt fussläufig vom Strand in einer ruhigen Lage, wir waren mit den Motorrädern unterwegs und konnten dort gut parken. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir schöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Schade, dass die Reise so kurz war.

La vue de la terrasse est superbe. L’accueil convivial, les hôtes très gentils et à l’écoute, le logement est spacieux pour 6 personnes. Le stationnement de nos 2 véhicules parfait car accessible et sécurisé. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci à Jezilko et son épouse pour leur bienveillance.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giovanni et Karla, ainsi que par tous leurs nombreux animaux ! ânes , chiens, poules, chèvres , tortues . De vrais amoureux de la nature ! Giovanni nous a conseillé une super cascade ou se baigner, de jolis villages perchés pour admirer le coucher du soleil et une plage sauvage près de la belle Rovinj. Si vous aimez les truffes, de chouettes petits restos à Gracisce et Beram proposent des plats à base de truffe super bons !

Der Blick über den Yachthafen ist perfekt! Unser Lieblingsrestaurant “Tifany” und die Bäckerei sowie der Supermarkt sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage am Hafen ist es im Apartment sehr ruhig. Das Apartment ist einfach, sauber und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren super. Dolores war pünktlich für die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Kleiner Tipp: eine Filterkaffeemaschine wäre der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag.

Das Quartier war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung des Badezimmers mit Handtüchern überraschte mich positiv. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Mir gefiel auch, dass die Wohnung mit Bildern die Biserka malte, geschmückt ist. Das Erlebnis Meer, welches keine 10 Meter von der Haustüre entfernt ist, war ein tolles Erlebnis. Unangenehme Erfahrungen machte ich lediglich mit dem Personal des Parkplatzes am Hafen, welches erschreckend unhöflich war, zudem bekam ich eine falsche Preisauskunft. So entstanden mir unerwartet hohe Parkkosten die ich mir gerne erspart hätte. Mein Tipp: bei der Info in Rovinj kann man eine Adresse von einem weit günstigeren Parkplatz erfragen.
