In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

Seabreeze - Breathtaking view of the sea & Ortigia

Seabreeze is right on the water and a view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear is that of the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a long day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, restaurants and swimming areas are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Parking is fairly easy. It has 2 simple bedrooms one double, one triple which are comfortable but functional so that each couple/person can have their own space.
