Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ispica

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

Alessandro's villa is a perfect place to stay and enjoy your holiday. The equipment is great in each dimension. We had even amazon echo dot to play music and wooden pizza oven . I was impressed by the immaculate surroundings – the garden and outdoor areas were carefully maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the stunning beach, just a 5-minute walk from the villa. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sun and sea. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place close to a beautiful beach. I would definitely love to return!

We spent two weeks in Giuseppe's vacation home and were completely thrilled. The house is beautiful (even better than expected) and the surroundings absolutely quiet. The children especially enjoyed the great pool, but the surroundings also offer many opportunities for excursions. Guiseppe is a courteous host, we will be happy to come back!

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

Very clean and well-kept apartment! Luca made us find clean towels and especially plenty of coffee. I recommend it!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a beautiful setting not too far from many of Sicily’s beautiful places to visit. Thank you Ivan and Dino!

A wonderful place with a lovely host. Very special: an Outdoor kitchen right next to terrace and pool. We spent a week as a group and would all return immediately. Good sights and beaches to explore in the area.

It has been a pleasure to stay in Villa Giacomo. The house is big, clean and it has everything you need, the pool is amazing and always clean . Personally, I highly recommend Villa Giacomo for who wants to spend nice time in pool, on the beach, surrounded by the nature and a strategic point to visit others places in Sicily. Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

We spent a great week in Angelo’s villa with 3 other couples and 3 kids (one 5 years old and 2 babies). It was the last week of October but the weather was amazing and we could enjoy the pool everyday (the water was of course a bit chilly but still ok) as well as the heated jacuzzi. The villa is an amazing renovation and offers a big living room with enough space for everyone. Angelo is a very nice host: always very responsive and helpful. He was also very flexible with the arrival and departure time. The location is also perfect to enjoy Scicli, the beach and the surroundings (Noto, Raguse,..). Apparently we were the last guests of the season and some renovations will be done. For instance the bathrooms and some doors need to be maintained. The poor sound insulation between the floors and the creaking stairs were a bit annoying, but nevertheless we had a great time and we totally recommend this place.

We had a fantastic week with six people and two small children. Great location right by the beach and everything was just as described. We would definitely come back — good communication and a lovely holiday.
