Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, für uns optimaler Erholungsort. sehr saubere und ordentliche Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Allerdings braucht man ein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden. Der riesige Strand ist sehr schnell zu Fuß ss zu erreichen, maximal 5 Minuten. Der kleine Laden im Haus hat hervorragendes Brot, Käse, Schinken,... und das nötigste wie Getränke, Nudeln, Konserven. Parkplätze vor oder neben Haus. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung alles die nicht den Riesentrubel brauchen, sondern ein kleiner Ort am Meer zum Entspannen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung

Відпочинок був чудовий. Все дуже сподобалось, близько до моря, поряд магазин, піцерія та ресторан. Власник був дуже любʼязний. Чудовий відпочинок! Гарне місце! Дякуємо за гарно проведений час)

Ottimo appartamento con vista mare dal soggiorno e dal terrazzo, dotato di ogni confort. È possibile lavorare collegandosi al Wi-Fi della casa anche dal terrazzino con vista mare. La casa è come nelle foto, arredata con colori che danno calore e la sensazione di essere a casa. Situato in zona lungomare, da cui si raggiunge a piedi sia la spiaggia, sia ogni tipo di ristorante, bar, gelateria e anche supermercati, pescheria etc...ma comunque distante dalla zona di maggiore movida. Comodo anche per famiglie con bambini, in pochi passi si è al mare oppure al parco giochi con giostrine o a mangiare un ottimo gelato. Antonella è stata un' host impeccabile, gentilissima e premurosa nell' accoglierci durante tutto il soggiorno.

Casa da poco ristrutturata, ottimamente accessoriata. Tante le attenzioni, dal trovare in casa vari generi alimentari, prodotti per la cura della persona e per l'uso della cucina, alla disponibilità quotidiana della proprietaria Federica nel soddisfare ogni necessità. La casa è di fronte ad un mare trasparente, in spiaggia si riesce ad avere buoni spazi anche in agosto, il parcheggio in strada è facile da trovare.

Anna ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und alle unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet. Die Unterkunft hat den großzügigen Charme der 60er Jahre im mediterranen Stil. Der riesige Balkon und die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick übers Meer ist fantastisch. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ich war für 3 Tage in Crotone. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber u liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon auf dem man etwas Sonne genießen kann. Damiano war sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat mir sogar angeboten mich zum Flughafen zu bringen, falls etwas dazwischen kommen sollte. Außerdem gab es eine Menge Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten Restaurants etc. Ich komme gern wieder.

From start to finish the kindness and quick response was amazing!! They were so helpful anytime I needed them! We arrived to Teresa with smiles and a kind gift of local wine and cold water. They also gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend them to friends and family!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’alloggio era esattamente come descritto, pulito, accogliente e ben organizzato. La comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice e veloce, sempre disponibile e gentile. La zona era tranquilla ma comoda per spostarsi. Un’esperienza positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista – lo consiglierei sicuramente e tornerei volentieri!

Precioso lugar en el que descansar y reponer fuerzas. Anfitriones que nos han hecho sentir como en casa. El desayuno es espectacular y vale mucho la pena probar toda la bollería y mermeladas caseras. Cafés riquísimos y naranjas recién cogidas del árbol. Definitivamente uno de esos lugares a recomendar.

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist mega! Mittendrin im Zentrum der Stadt, nur wenige Meter der großen Piazza entfernt, wo alle Eisdielen und Restaurants sind. Klar bekommt man auch etwas Trubel von den Gassen mit aber das macht auch den italienischen Flair aus, meiner Meinung nach. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einmalig! Stefania ist eine super Gastgeberin, antwortete immer sehr schnell und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Sie hat mir sogar einen Flughafentransfer organisiert und einen Fahrer empfohlen. Ich kann sie und die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: das Wlan war schwach - Nachrichten schreiben/empfangen ging gut aber Videos schauen oder streamen ging nicht. War für mich aber kein Problem, da ich genug Mobile Daten hatte.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

Haben drei ruhige Tagebei tollstem Ausblick auf‘s Meer verbracht Die Terrasse und der riesige Garten sind ein absoluter Traum. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts Bis zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto und auch sonst gibt es viel zu entdecken in den Bergdörfern und die Küste entlang. Jasmine und Klaus sind die perfekten Gastgeber, haben viele Tipps für die Gegend und sind jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Dal momento che siamo arrivati al momento che siamo partiti, Alessandro è stato un host assolutamente fantastico. Al nostro arrivo, ci ha accolto personalmente, aiutandoci con i bagagli e facendoci fare un tour del suo splendido appartamento. Ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli per la colazione e le spiagge vicine da visitare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, Alessandro è stato prontamente disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande ogni volta che gli abbiamo inviato un messaggio. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi da spiagge meravigliose, ha una vista incredibile sul mare e una grande terrazza che era perfetta per guardare il tramonto o per prendere il nostro caffè al mattino. Non vediamo l’ora di prenotare di nuovo questo bellissimo appartamento!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.
