We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

This place is located on a hill above Amantea and has a spectacular view of the town and ocean. You need a vehicle to stay at this location, given that it is at the top of a steep hill. But the property and view cannot be beat. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Amantea. The host was very responsive and even picked up some items that were needed once we had arrived.

The house is beautiful, with a terrace to the sea, a cozy green courtyard and a balcony in front of each bedroom - integrated into a wonderful green environment (in May) We felt right at home. It was so great to have only short walks to the bar, the supermarket and the beach - that's just ideal! The apartments next to us were not occupied in May, we enjoyed the tranquility. Michaela is an exceptionally attentive host. She was always quick to reach and very friendly. We were in Calabria for the first time and had many questions. With Michaela's tips, it was an all-round successful vacation. There is a bus stop right at the bar, which can be used well for excursions. We felt completely comfortable. Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at Soverato Con Vista. The house is well kept and clean, with parking and a great location, 2 minutes to town. The outside play equipment was a great hit with our toddler too. We will definitely be back again soon. The host was very responsive as well. Thank you!

I had a great time in Carlo's apartment. Everything was perfect starting from check-in where I was magnificently welcomed by the mother who immediately made me feel at home. Communication was fantastic with both Carlo and the parents. The apartment is comfortable, clean, bright and economical for what it offers. Equipped with everything you need and located in a quiet condominium. Parking space under the house. In short, highly recommended.

Gabriele was very helpful. He let us in long before check-in time. Apartment as per description Wide internally and infinitely externally, my children woke up every day in nature among cows, sheep, olive trees and peace. A lovely apartment close to the centre furnished and decorated with care!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

The stay at the accommodation was pleasant. The residence is quiet, well cared for and the swimming pool is clean. Asa is a responsive and helpful host. The house is equipped with all accessories, especially in the kitchen; there is a TV and a hairdryer. The sofa bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed from 4 to 17/8 in this beautiful apartment, equipped with everything. There was a washing machine and also the dishwasher, air conditioners that we did not use, because the apartment was cool and in the evening you slept very well in the evening. Well-equipped kitchen, garden/backyard added value. We had breakfasts and dinners with breathtaking sunsets. It was inside a residence with a parking space and pool... very close to pastry shops, ice cream shops and supermarkets. Convenient location to visit beautiful beaches. 5 minutes from Pizzo Vieja, 40 minutes to Tropea. A great stay that I hope to repeat.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.
