Antonella and Franco's Casa di Giorgia is simply exceptional. Super strategic location: just cross the road literally twice and you find yourself at the sea; a stone's throw from Pharmacy/Supermarket/Restaurants/Seafront. Everything perfectly matches the description: very large apartment, very bright and very cool (regardless of the air conditioners that still work wonderfully, thanks also to the really great layout in the two main rooms). Impeccable host: Antonella was super present and never intrusive, very helpful even before booking, she even helped us find accommodation on the beach during the most chaotic weeks of August. Super recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

Staying at Eleonora's place is the vacation on vacation. The house is fresh, cozy, functional, furnished and decorated with love and passion. We found the house nice and clean, with embroidered linens. From the terrace of the house, in addition to the sea view, you can enjoy the breeze and the cool typical of the village. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom - small - but functional (there is a second shower in the garden below the house). We had a great time and I hope I can come back. The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. A beautiful place to rest and recharge. Hosts who have made us feel like home. Breakfast is spectacular and all the pastries and homemade jams are well worth trying. Delicious coffees and oranges freshly picked from the tree. Definitely one of those places to recommend.

The apartment is exactly as described and as pictured. The location is mega! Right in the middle of the center of the city, just a few meters away from the large piazza, where all ice cream parlors and restaurants are. Of course, you also get some hustle and bustle from the alleys, but that also makes the Italian flair, in my opinion. The view from the balcony is unique! Stefania is a great host, always responded very quickly and is happy to help with questions. She even organized an airport transfer for me and recommended a driver. I highly recommend her and the apartment! The only small minus point: the Wi-Fi was weak - writing/receiving messages went well but watching or streaming videos was not possible. But it wasn't a problem for me as I had enough mobile data.

Comfortable apartment, the only flaw is that it has only one bathroom. But we knew that. Otherwise very satisfied with everything very close to the sea and more than a few restaurants and a very good ice cream shop. Pizzo Calabro is a beautiful town. DEFINITELY TO BE RETURNED TO.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

Have spent three quiet days with the best views of the sea. The terrace and the huge garden are an absolute dream. The apartment is very spacious and cozy. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. It is a few minutes by car to the beach and there is also a lot to discover in the mountain villages and along the coast. Jasmine and Klaus are the perfect hosts, have lots of tips for the area and are responsive at any time. Absolutely recommend!

The stay at the accommodation was pleasant. The residence is quiet, well cared for and the swimming pool is clean. Asa is a responsive and helpful host. The house is equipped with all accessories, especially in the kitchen; there is a TV and a hairdryer. The sofa bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed from 4 to 17/8 in this beautiful apartment, equipped with everything. There was a washing machine and also the dishwasher, air conditioners that we did not use, because the apartment was cool and in the evening you slept very well in the evening. Well-equipped kitchen, garden/backyard added value. We had breakfasts and dinners with breathtaking sunsets. It was inside a residence with a parking space and pool... very close to pastry shops, ice cream shops and supermarkets. Convenient location to visit beautiful beaches. 5 minutes from Pizzo Vieja, 40 minutes to Tropea. A great stay that I hope to repeat.

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

Fell in love with the apartment especially the rooftop terrace where I had cuppa to watch sunrise each morning.Views great.Only downside had only 1 bar/restaurant that catered for Italians on their 2 weeks holidays.we couldn't get a seat or takeaway pizza.You need a hire car to get to shops but Short drive from airport and Pizzo.Its well worth a visit and The apartment has everything you need.We will be back and Alan and wife are great.
