Alcamo Marina is a beach town, which is why you live right on the beach, which is great, but to go shopping really well you definitely need a car. A nice cafe is a few houses away. The location is good to reach many great places and sights by car (the nature reserve with hiking trail and swimming coves is particularly recommended) The road in front of the house is sometimes noisy when individual cars/motorcycles are racing along. However, this is not a permanent state, so only occasionally. The apartment is large, clean and has a great terrace. The beds are good. The amenities are good, however, the kitchen is missing large cutting knives for cooking. The communication with Stefano was very friendly and he always responded immediately. The check-out was totally uncomplicated (leave keys in the apartment). Upon arrival, there was a Sicilian candy as a welcome. Very nice! We would definitely rent the apartment again.

I wish I could give 10 ⭐️! Lory was exceptional! She picked us up at the bus stop in Palermo and brought us to the house. She lives in another unit so she was always available for questions and just to say hello. The home was perfect for us and our little dog. Lory gave us recommendations for shopping and restaurants. I wanted to buy special Sicilian pasta to bring home and Lory actually went out and bought it for me. She obviously takes pride in her work and home. We would stay there again when we come to Mondello. I highly recommend this home and location. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Marinas home was just stunning. In the heart of the city and walking distance from all the heritage buildings. Plus the home appliances made a job more easier. In addition she kept a lot of things like pasta, bread, oils, butter, Nutella, everything was so useful for us. It felt like home away from home. We stayed here for three nights and I would recommend everyone who is coming to Palermo to stay at her place as it’s very close to all the sites and is a beautiful cute little home.

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

The apartment was clean, in a historic neighborhood, and the bed and linens comfortable. Fulvio was an amazing host, with lots of suggestions, sitting down to meet us upon arrival and quick to respond. There was some noise coming from local construction and a restaurant's kitchen across the street, but it was nothing we couldn't sleep through.

Bendetto and his family showed us real Sicilian hospitality! Amazing host and very helpful . The place is located in walking distance to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and everything needed is provided. We had a great time !

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Francesco and his wife were adorable, very welcoming and discreet. The accommodation is located in a perfect location on the beautiful Mondello beach. Everything is accessible on foot or by bus, with Palermo 15 minutes away. Francesco and his wife gave us a guided tour of the city. We warmly recommend this listing!

Giacoma & Carlo were both helpful and communicative. We were welcomed in person and were pleased with the basketful of essentials that had been left for us. We were all sad to have to leave after an all-too-short week at their lovely villa!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

We spent 5 pleasant days at Fabrizio and Lavinia's Villa. Communications were always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted to Sicily. Designed and tastefully furnished, the villa and especially its swimming pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often away during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with the cute geckos that come in the evening to snoop around. Recommended for those who want to relax in a large, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

Fiorella warmly greeted us and showed us the space. The space itself was incredible - 3 private terraces! In a great location in downtown Palermo. It is a charming old building which means heat only in bed rooms and some quirky electrical things which was not a problem for us at all. We hope to come again!!!

Everything excellent! Emanuele took great care of us and even warned us about the treacherous sea. The attic apartment is great and exactly as shown. Only with the pricing, everything should be better priced. It was a surprise to pay for bed linen/terry towels separately. I would always price everything in and work with weekly discounts. So it is clear short = more expensive (legitimate). Once that's fixed, it can't get any better.

We had a great time at Maria Elena's! The house is very nice, the patio and garden are great, the beach can be reached on foot in minutes. We really enjoyed Maria Elena's warm welcome, she gave us a lot of tips on nearby activities, restaurants etc. A property to recommend!

Comfortable, amenities simple, books to read and wondeful terrace patio. Great shower! Stayed for December and weather was beautiful. Walking to piazza and churches and movie theater! Taking the 806 bus easy ride into Palermo center, and from there walking the city. Convenient to train to airport and Cefalu. 🤗

One of the best places I have stayed! Congratulations! Fanstastic house, with two separate spacious bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms. Huge living room and kitchen area. Recently renovated and to a very good standard! Thank you! There's also a safe parking just opposite the street, that Valerio had arranged for our motorcycles to be safe.

The stay in Claudio and Giuliana's apartment was great. The house is in a quiet street, but close to the liveliness of Piazza Magione and almost everything is within walking distance. It has the luxury of a beautiful roof terrace, and an outdoor kitchen! There are two great bedrooms and the living room is small but nice. It is nice that there are several possibilities in the house: the living room is cool and dark for hot days, and the roof terrace is wonderful for when the sun is not too hot. In short: recommended!

A lovely apartment overlooking the water, just 100 meters from the beach. A good location not far from the airport, close to a nice pizzeria and an ice cream parlor. Very good communication with the host and a friendly welcome. Good beds.
