Staying with Arianna was wonderful! We were received very nicely and the apartment was shown to us. The apartment was tidy and sparkling clean. There was nothing missing and it was all as described. The apartment is quietly located and a private access leads directly to the beach in less than a minute. Location is excellent! The apartment also has a private parking space right outside the front door on the private property. You can reach the city via the beach promenade and are within walking distance of the center in 5-10 minutes. We highly recommend Arianna and this AirBnB! She makes a lot of effort to make the stay as smooth as possible and is always available. We felt right at home and were able to fully enjoy our vacation! Thanks for the opportunity!

Nice little apartment in a great location, only 3 minutes to the beautiful beach! We were only there for three days, but would have felt comfortable for longer.

Davide welcomed us into his little slice of paradise from where you could admire the beauty of Capoliberi overlooking the sea in absolute tranquility. We were located in a strategic point 10 minutes from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and not far from Porto Ferraio. The apartment was very well organized with spaces, bright, clean and equipped. We got to meet Davide personally, a sunny and exquisite person and together with his wife they really take care of making a vacation a very pleasant memory. What can I say, Isola D Elba is a real surprise!

The view from the apartment is just great 🥰 and both terraces are great for sitting and lingering. We had everything we needed in the apartment and could sleep well (AC is nice and quiet - room also dark enough for the kids) and relax☺️! The way to the beach is short (albeit steep) and there are 2 restaurants where you can eat well or take away. The water is super clear and very quiet and shallow. It is advisable to take a SUP + snorkel equipment with you, otherwise it may be a bit boring. We clearly recommend it!

Apartment as described, in a great location and with a beautiful terrace with a sea view. furnished with everything you need for your stay. Barbara is a very helpful host. Elba in May is really beautiful and Marciana Marina is an ideal place to spend a relaxing vacation.

zu Fuß zum Strand, aussendusche und Grill ->Almost everything you need for a good summer time. No washing machine and dishwasher were a small defense nut (as described in the listing), nonetheless full five stars

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Simple and comfortable apartment within a quiet complex, surrounded by greenery on the Island of Elba. Chiara is very friendly and always available with useful tips on what to see and where to go. During this period, the island, with its crystal-clear beaches and scenic trails, is ideal for those who love nature and the sea.

We stayed in 4 with children aged 9 and 12 in the second week of July 2024. The apartment is spacious and well maintained with private parking space. It has two terraces that offer a wonderful view, pleasant and usable even during the day. It is equipped with almost everything (it lacks a dishwasher and the oven is not working but not bad). The apartment is located in a very well maintained and pleasant complex to walk around and is very quiet. It has practically no sandy beaches (there is not a small pebble) but offers points on the rock one more beautiful than the other with fairly simple water entrance in the high water, these can be reached with 5 mini walk. The pools are very nice, especially the savory one and in both there are bars. Nearby by car in 10 minutes you can reach Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need. Cristina was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. It's a really good experience.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

Villa lo Schioppo is a corner of natural beauty and tranquillity overlooking one of the most stunning bays in Elba. Barbara (the host) was very kind and supportive throughout our stay, promptly addressing any questions/needs that we raised, also thanks to the help of amazing Giuseppe! Rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen modern and well equipped. Highlight: view from the large window in the main living room - breathtaking!

Filippo's accommodation was as described…Beautiful view, sometimes even dolphins visible from the terrace! Since our stay took place at the end of May, it was very quiet, the pool facilities and restaurants were still closed, but Filippo had already informed us and we enjoyed the quiet of the pre-season/nature! The place was clean and everything was at our disposal. The way to the sea is within a 5-minute walk…. A beautiful beach awaits you!!! A car is definitely an advantage to explore Elba, as the accommodation is rather remote, but that did not bother us as it is located in a beautiful natural area. The accommodation is just as suitable for dogs, and the beach is also great for dogs! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!!!

Stefano's little house is very original and delightful. You can see with how much love and enthusiasm the "former. Electric“house. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of light but also a lot of shade in summer. The terrace is wonderful for chilling and eating. Stefano is a great host with great response time to questions. Stefano greeted us personally and showed us the house and gave many tips. The location to the beach is under 50m, so super easy to reach. There are original beach bars with very good cuisine. My two adult daughters and I highly recommend Stefano's house. (Attention: there is no wifi, but the reception in and around the house is good if you have enough data volume, no problem!)

The photos don't make it, the house is beautiful and in a crazy location! Alessandra was very kind and helpful and Andrea was kind, helpful and friendly on the spot. Very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary, beautiful and pleasant outdoor patio, 10 steps and you can put your feet on the beach... every night you have dinner with a crazy sunset in front. It was fantastically beautiful in the accommodation. The house, the location, the small bay was very special, an oasis, a small paradise. We thought it was great that you can only get there on foot. We like this. We loved the outdoor shower. You can get anywhere on the island quickly. But you don't even to leave. We also loved the small hikes.
