Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

The place is located in nice and quiet area, great spot to relax. The house is equipped with all necessities. Very nice and helpful host, always ready to respond and come to us, providing tips about the surroundings ;)

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. It’s a very nice place

An apartment with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Several vaporetto stops are within 10 minutes. You can reach everything within 20 minutes.

Nice modern apartment in the central area of Padua. Clean and well-organized spaces, with the kitchen opening onto a small internal garden. Quiet and quiet area. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the city's main points of interest. Paid parking nearby, by moving a little you can also find white stripes where you can park for free. Alberto always responded promptly to questions, and was courteous and helpful.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and we couldn't take much advantage of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and has good facilities. The mattress was very good and of good dimensions. There are some shops and a large supermarket nearby. The walk to downtown is relatively short and pleasant.

This really is a beautiful place to stay. Claudia and her family are the most perfect hosts. The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. We had a wonderful time at Claudia’s place. It’s beautiful house close to train station , vaporrate and other attractions but yet away from rush of the city. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and host is very friendly. House was super clean and had all the necessary items which we needed.

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

Check-in was easy to understand and they provided information about nearby facilities and bus stops to get to Venice.The kitchen was easy to use, and there was a supermarket nearby, so we had a pleasant time.Venice is about 30 minutes from the house, so it wasn't hard to get there by bus every day during our 3-night stay. The host, Jessica, always took care of us during our stay.This is a great place to stay in Venice.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Right in the pedestrian zone with restaurants, supermarket and bars but still very very quiet. Breakfast coffee (Goppion) right outside the door and recommended. After the day in Vendig or on the beautiful island, we came to the apartment with joy and were able to switch off immediately. The roof terraces are simply incredible and have sun all day. We liked to use it to relax to end the day or to take a break before dinner. Everything is sparkling clean and cozy. Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

This place in Jesolo surprised us a lot, it didn't even seem like we were in Jesolo. Well-located house in a very quiet area and with lots of greenery around it, it is located in a beautiful area above all. Super nice neighbors, what can I say, it's one of those places you'd like to go back to right away, not to mention the design of the house and the cleanliness and the immense space there is. If you want to spend a little vacation in Jesolo or a quiet weekend, I recommend this accommodation.

Great stay, the location is unbeatable! The private terrace was beautiful. Roberta was extremely helpful with directions, transportation, etc.
