Welcome to our home! From the window of the living room you can sit back and relax after a full day out in the city. The sightseeing continues as silent gondolas slowly pass before your eyes while amazed travelers take photograph from a bridge of a vibrant field one of the widest lagoons in the city. All the comforts of home: wireless internet and satellite TV, private heating and air conditioning, new and comfortable bathroom with big shower and whirlpool , a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We really love this neighborhood, close to the Ca' Pesaro museum, Palazzo Mocenigo, Basilica dei Frari, Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista, the Palazzeto Bru Zane, and the Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide just one guest's ID, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the whole group, for the entire stay) and the accommodation tax. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy.
