We loved this little house by the Seine. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. Thank you for the welcome gift of beer and cheese, it was perfect. We both loved your house and we will be back. Great restaurant in walking distance, lovely local walks and close enough to Honfleur for a lovely day out.

Great stay at Anne and Nicolas' house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. Anne and Nicolas are very charming and very welcoming hosts, smooth communication. The house is pleasant to stay in, very bright and spacious living room We had a great time in the countryside. Veronique's home is very clean, well-equipped and matches the description. The bedding is comfortable. The house is tastefully decorated, located in a very quiet location. Veronique is very responsive. I would recommend this place without hesitation!!

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Ideally located in this beautiful village of Lyons la forêt. Spacious, clean, Very good communication with Françoise. Even for a very short stay like ours ((one night)). It was perfect.
