Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Your London adventure starts in my VERY central flat, 1 block from Trafalgar Square, King bed or 2 singles, own bathroom. I have my own bedroom & bath, helpful tips for your special stay. Eco-friendly; breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. UNSUITABLE for people with disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. When the lift is occasionally out of order, there are 91 stairs. As in most London homes: no air conditioning but fans provided. No street parking.

A bright and spacious bedroom located across the top floor of this Victorian maisonette. The comfortable kingsize bed is fitted with a sumptuous wool topper and luxury bedding. The bed always receives rave reviews. There’s a sofa and plants to add that homely feel. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with high-end toiletries and Sheridan towels. There is a large walnut desk, ergonomic chair, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker, iron, hairdryer and wardrobe with wooden hangers and set of drawers.

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Bed size: Super King (small) 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm) A Continental style breakfast is available (not Sundays and bank holidays)

Double bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor and peaceful location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips. Private ensuite bathroom.

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. We lay out a self-service organic light continental breakfast with teas and Colombian coffee overlooking our lovely garden. Your private bedroom area is on the first floor level with a large newly decorated double bedroom, with a private bathroom with toilet. We have 2 soppy Labrador dogs!

My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.
