The Drey - Deluxe King/Twin close to Sandown Beach

The Drey situated in a quiet tree lined road in Sandown, part of the IOW UNESCO Biospere Reserve. A Blue Flag Beach is a 7min walk, coastal & country walks on the doorstep, along with the 32 mile Red Squirrel cycle trail. Restaurants and bars are beachfront. Parking is roadside additionally the station carpark is 2mins away. A full English breakfast is available for an extra charge. Regrettably, our facilities are not suitable for babies & children. Prior agreement is required for a Dog stay.

Somerton Farm Cowes, wonderful spacious family farmhouse set in the countryside. Short walk to Cowes - Autumn break. Stunning views of countryside and river Medina near Northwood. Walking, cycling and wildlife (donkeys). SK double, King double/en-suite shower, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath. Gorgeous quiet comfortable room

Gorgeous, tastefully furnished, tranquil room in a large beautiful English Georgian house. Access to pool at own risk (summer only, subject to availability). Bathroom and shower room/washroom opposite the room, onsite parking and continental breakfast included! Free fibre Wifi and outdoor covered lounge area. TV, tea/coffee facilities - can use in kitchen. A walk to Newport and bus access all over the Island and free secure bike storage. *please note pets are not permitted.

Rectory w/ Stunning Views (Room 2)

West wing of a 19c. Rectory next to Queen Victoria's local Church in Whippingham. Views over the surrounding countryside and river, but only two miles from East Cowes, and four from the county town, Newport. The house is still undergoing repairs and decoration. We are currently awaiting permission to replace the first floor windows. As the window in this room is in a bad way and now relies on secondary glazing to properly close it, the room price has been reduced accordingly.

Guests will have a light, bright bedroom with ensuite bathroom in our award winning B&B, centrally located for Cowes town centre and transport links to the mainland. There is a lovely guest sitting room and breakfast is served in our conservatory overlooking the garden. We are on hand to greet you and offer any information you may need to make the most of your visit. Off-road parking is available and a courtesy collection service is offered for the ferry terminal in Cowes

Rest, relax and renew in our lovely comfortable ensuite room, in our home in St Helens, IOW, driveway parking. Really dog friendly. Gorgeous, comfy Superking, or can be two singles. Please ask for ferry discounts! Full self-sufficient breakfast supplied to eat at your leisure in your pantry cupboard in your room, with toaster and fridge. Walking distance to 3 unspoilt dog friendly beaches, a local pub with fab food and a well stocked shop are a few mins walk.

The Lodge on the Marsh

The Lodge is the only bed and breakfast on the Brading Marshes Nature Reserve. The Lodge is a quiet and peaceful place to stay. There is a beautiful garden to enjoy and wonderful views of the marshes and the downs. It is a bird watchers paradise, with also regular red squirrel visits. There are footpaths in all directions to enjoy. The Lodge has a double bedroom, shower and sitting room with a kitchenette. We leave a continental breakfast for you to enjoy.

Home from Home with Nina & Andy

We welcome you to come & stay in our quirky family home. Enjoy easy access to Ventnor main town with boutique shops, a gorgeous sea-front, and many places to eat & drink. Your cosy room is at the top of the house, giving you lovely views of St Boniface downs. We have a lovely small blind puppy named Louie, he is ultra friendly. We are a smoking household but only in our lounge and outside areas, I feel this makes our home unsuitable for young children.

Church View in Country style B&B with Tea Room

I stayed two nights in Brighstone at Wolvesey House and was absolutely delighted by everything. I felt absolutely spoiled. I came as a solo guest and was welcome first by Margaret, then enticed by the offer of being able to use several lovely rooms. It is a very old house and all the artefacts enhance this fact. On arrival, I was greeted by a smoothie, compote and a lovely box of biscuits, and on my last day, I used the dining room to write a card. The towels were very soft and the rarity was to find a proper-sized bar of soap (I always bring my own). It is definitely a home from home. The hosting was superb and the breakfast, which is organized by a catering company, was very good value indeed. And I hasten to add: absolutely terrific. The dining room is always full, as the locals love it. Coffee is especially praised. Wolvesey House is right in the village with a lot to discover. I was familiar with the view of the cottage and I felt truly privileged to be there.

This was a very comfortable room to stay in with ample tea and coffee (I’m always annoyed when places limit the number of teabags etc they give you!) It’s situated in an excellent location to explore Lymington, the New Forest and also the Isle of Wight via the ferry. Sue was very helpful and communicative, and although we never met as I was always out late and up early, I knew that she was always available if I had a query or issue. Thank you for a lovely stay, Sue.

Well located, friendly host (the lady). Gian's number does not work and zero response from the messages via airbnb, so we were left unsure and anxious about bag drop off etc. However a lovely lady did call us around midday to say hi and everything is ready for us. Great room, decent breakfast, would stay again. Note, this is a proper bnb not just an empty house which is great, they should make this more clear as it is a big bonus for us.
