Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the corner of Brighstone Village overlooking an 11th Century Church and less than 1 mile to the rugged Jurassic Coast. Great for walkers, cyclists, surfers and relaxing, Wolvesey House offers 3 double bedrooms all on suite, lockable and with window views of the Church and thatched cottages. Car and bicycle parking on site, A choice of Breakfast can be purchased in the Tea Room from 8.30 to 11.00 am prices between £4.40 and £10.95.

Rectory w/ Stunning Views (Room 2)

West wing of a 19c. Rectory next to Queen Victoria's local Church in Whippingham. Views over the surrounding countryside and river, but only two miles from East Cowes, and four from the county town, Newport. The house is still undergoing repairs and decoration. We are currently awaiting permission to replace the first floor windows. As the window in this room is in a bad way and now relies on secondary glazing to properly close it, the room price has been reduced accordingly.

Comfortable single room near beach in family home

Situated five minutes from the beach and from the high street, this detached house is perfect for your stay. There is a stylish kitchen and outdoor eating plus a BBQ/log fire. The owners are onsite to help and there is good WiFi and parking outside in the quiet street. There is the option of a fold-down bed alongside the single bed if required, by arrangement. The main bathroom is downstairs as well as a separate WC and sink for guest use. Bicycle storage available.

We welcome you to come & stay in our quirky family home. Enjoy easy access to Ventnor main town with boutique shops, a gorgeous sea-front, and many places to eat & drink. Your cosy room is at the top of the house, giving you lovely views of St Boniface downs. We have a lovely small blind puppy named Louie, he is ultra friendly. We are a smoking household but only in our lounge and outside areas, I feel this makes our home unsuitable for young children.

Our family suite has a main double bedroom and 2 small children’s rooms with a family bathroom, all in one unit, there is also a mini fridge. Tea & coffee is provided as is all linen and towels. A breakfast of cereals, toast and preserves, tea, coffee and juices are included. Please note there are no cooking facilities, and the accommodation is NOT serviced for the duration of your stay.

Heron @ Lisle Court

Whilst staying at the house you have full use of our communal areas, we take well behaved dogs, but are an adult only establishment. This room overlooks our wooded front garden. Lisle Court is the ideal base for cycling, walking, sailing, golfing or simply exploring the history and beautiful scenery the Isle of Wight has to offer. You can even fish from our private jetty!

With direct access to Northwood Park, Ward Avenue B&B is ideal for sailors, walkers and cyclists alike.
