Townhome vacation rentals in Islantilla

Townhouse was very well appointed and the kitchen was well equipped. The property was very clean and our housekeeper provided fresh bread every morning which was a bonus. Jose was very responsive and accommodating. Wifi was not 100% reliable when out in the balcony. The address provided wasn’t 100% accurate, so Uber and Taxi’s always went to a block of flats about 100m from the apartment. Overall I would highly recommend the property.

Lovely house, very clean, tidy with everything you need. Quiet at night & air conditioning a must & worked very well. Excellent equipped kitchen & great pool. Large garage if you hire a car, which you shall need to explore as nothing to do in that area. However train station is only 5 min walk & cheap. Easy to check online the times. Tavira is a 12 min taxi ride away & costs about 12 euro each way. There you will find plenty of different types of restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like is the small time frame they allow for check in & said if after 11pm you can’t check in at all. Any time you check in that’s not in the time frame you have to pay an extra 50€. Other properties on the complex had key safes & this would be much more convenient for both the guests and the representative from the agent who deals with the property. As it’s self catering there is nothing apart from a toilet roll in each bathroom. Washing up sponge & 2 dishwashing tablets. So take what you need.

We had a very nice time at Ana's place. She was available all time to assist and make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The house is walking distance to the beach and there are some restaurants on its way to the beach. The space is nice and well suited to a relaxed beach period. Kitchen with enough equipment to assist with the stay. TV in the room without Portuguese channels, only Spanish, which should be highlighted for Portuguese travelers who will want to spend some time following the news of the country or whose little ones like to see some of the favorite programs.

Incredible family holidays in Pedras d'El Rei in Diogo's apartment! We spent an amazing family week in Diogo's apartment in Pedras d'El Rei! The space is extremely comfortable and ideal for large families, and communication with Diogo has always been quick and pleasant. The balcony is the spacious, providing a pleasant and perfect ambience for family dinners after intense days on the beach! The apartment features three spacious bathrooms, ensuring the privacy we were looking for. Also, the air conditioning was a great convenience! The modern kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. Overall, this was undoubtedly the best stay we had in the condominium in recent years. I recommend this apartment to all families who want to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday! Looking forward to coming back!

Whilst housed in an old building the apartment is modern and well equipped. Well located within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, main market, supermarkets, train and bus station. Super pool on site.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The outdoor space is really big and the pool is really nice. The apartments are very cozy with a kitchen that has all the tools you need. Also really close to Tavira! We loved it!

I spent a week with my family at Tania's home and it was great. It has a lot of indoor and outdoor space and is ideal for children. The area is quiet, all rooms have AC and everything worked, no surprises. Thank you!

The stay at Fernando's house was very good. It is next to the beach, a 3-4 minute walk, a 3 minute walk from the shopping mall. You don't need a car at all. Parking is available on the same street as the apartment or very close by. The house is very cozy, it has a terrace that gives you a lot of options for breakfast outdoors or dinner. The kitchen is very complete. It has a lot of kitchenware. The mattresses are comfortable. It's great to enjoy a few days with the family and next to the beach. To be repeated :)

We had a great stay at Mariana’s townhouse. We found the townhouse spotless and tastefully decorated. The upstairs deck was such a nice place to sit and enjoy the warm Portuguese sun! The location was great, very close to shops and restaurants and the sea. We will definitely stay here again.

Very happy with the accommodation. Francisco is nice and shown to be available all the time. One very useful thing the house has is that the parking space is a few meters from the house's patio. The listing matches the reality. I would definitely repeat.

The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need, even for a longer stay. The furnishings are very nice and it's a very comfortable place to stay. It's location is wonderful: near the restaurants, supermarket and beach. There was a small mix-up upon arrival, but António handled it timely and professionally.

We had a wonderful stay in the lovely house of Inmaculada. It was equipped with all the comforts. Our messages were always responded to quickly. We had a great time.

Annikas house is a perfekt place to stay in Tavira. Plenty of space and a nice Rooftop. The house is situated central in Tavira with good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. The communication with Annika was excelent. We give Annikas house our best recommendations.

I stayed from January until March 2024 with my dog, we felt at home immediately, and just the perfect home for us. The amazing beach under 5 minutes away, absolutely gorgeous beach, and swam most most in clear clean sea- sublime. The local Portuguese are so very friendly and also met Germans, French,Dutch- just a great place to be. Thank you Gavin for a truly memorable stay- we will be back for 2025!! 😊🐼

A great week at this superb home . The location is very good very close to bars and restaurants yet still in a quiet area . Yolanda is a very good host who is very easy to talk to and supplied us with endless recommendations throughout our stay .
