Great place, quiet and clutter-free. It is very welcoming to rest and well placed to go skiing, Close to Montreal but in traffic jams.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the pool and hot tub—both were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Great location too—quiet, safe, and close to everything. I’d 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great amenities!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Michael was an amazing host, super kind and accommodating. When we mentioned the room was a bit warm, he quickly brought us fans to make us more comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I booked this place for our 7th year anniversary. Our check in was suppose to be at 4 but we arrived there at 11:30 am and Caroline was gracious to let us leave our bags in the garage while we explore Montreal for the rest of the day till our check in. She's extremely friendly and responsive. She was very diligent in cleaning the pool and enjoyed the pool experience very much looking over the river. Bathroom was clean, shower had very good water pressure and was hot for long time (I took a bath and my husband used the shower and we didn't run out of hot water-amazing!) We were able to use the washer and dryer easily. Linens were clean and fresh with NO lint. House decor was modern and comfortable. Looked exactly like the photos, but the space felt actually much bigger. All the appliances that you need. Attention to detail. The host is on site downstairs which made me feel safe but not intrusive at all. Thank you so much Caroline for letting us in your home.

The apartment on the 2nd floor was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, modern and consistent with the photos. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. The information provided was complete and clear. A few things to note: - The main staircase is steep, and therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people, but there were only 4 chairs. I contacted the host twice to ask for two extra chairs and a bottle opener, but I didn't hear back from them. - That said, the host was understanding when our toddler made noise outside of quiet hours, due to jet lag. We would recommend this listing.

Very cute and cozy apartment and access to washer-dryer in common area. Nico was very responsive and the welcome treats were a really nice touch. It’s close to a little market, dollorama, pharmacy and bus stops which made our travels very easy. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Wonderful location. Easy walking distance to Old Montreal sites and great restaurants. Apartment was cozy and secure. Included parking in building was a plus! Made our first visit to Montreal memorable.

Five stars all around! We loved our stay at Stanzia's place. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The patio in the back was a big plus, especially with the nice weather. And the location was perfect, in a great neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Apartment located close to Jean Talon market, so ideal for eating out easily. Very friendly host, always ready to be of service.

Great stay! The place was cozy and very clean. Also, close to lots of food spots. While we had everything we needed, the host was friendly and proactive and checked up on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Luckily, we found parking easily nearby but if you have a car, I would suggest looking into parking options ahead of your stay to lessen frustration. There’s street parking (though in busier months it might be harder to find a spot) but we found it a bit cheaper to park in a lot near-by. Overall, awesome place, would definitely stay with them again!

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Easy checkin and out. Lots of free underground parking and free L2 EV charging was a fantastic bonus Easy access to two Metro Lines and an easy walk to Old Montreal, the waterfront and a number of other attractions. Fantastic host. Rapid response and proactive with respect to ensuring our stay was problem free. GREAT!

My stay at the apartment was completely hassle-free. Everything was spotless and the open-plan kitchen and living area felt wonderfully spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location, right next to the Quartier Latin with countless restaurants nearby, couldn’t have been more convenient. The included parking space and the terrace were great bonuses. For the quality offered at this price point, the apartment is an outstanding choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

We loved staying here and found that Rene’s associate Juan was very responsive and helpful. The location is fantastic, a few blocks from the wonderful Jean Talon market and close to bars, restaurants, groceries and the Montreal bike share Bixi (highly recommend — use a browser, not the app, to sign up). We enjoyed poking around the huge Goodwill outlet (Renaissance) nearby. We would recommend this place to any traveler.

We had a great stay at Lauran's apartment. It was spacious, quiet, and in a great neighbourhood - close to the park and only a short walk to restaurants and shops. We traveled with our little one (1.5 years old) and the apt was well equipped for families. Highly recommended!
