We have just got home and want to go back already. Efe is amazing! He’s really responsive and super helpful. The villa was beautiful. Great location. It was clean. A little musty smell downstairs but it was really early in the season and I assumed it was from maybe being closed up for a while. Efe got someone out immediately when we accidentally broke the door handle. Beds were huge. Super comfy. We would defo defo return.

Erhan bey oldukça güleryüzlü süper bir evsahibi. Bizi eve girerken özel olarak karşıladı ve çok dostane bir tavrı vardı. Ev çok çok temizdi. Ben çok titiz bir insanım ve eve girer girmez temziliğe bakıyorum haliyle ama ev tertemizdi. Mutfakta aklınıza gelen her eşya var. Kahve makinasından tut airfryera kadar. Kendi evinizin konforu resmen. Eşyalar yeni ve kullanışlı üstelik eve ilaçlama da yaptırıyormuş kendisi tam ormanın içinde olmamıza rağmen bir karınca dahi görmedim evde. Bebeği olan anlar böcek sinek sokmasını :). Havuzun da temizliği vs için eve koyduğu sağlık bakanlığı bandrollü belgeleri bile vardı. Sağolsun bizim için eve damaca su, şarap, meyve bile koymuşlar Kendisine çok çok teşekkür ederim. Doğa içinde tertemiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamak istiyorsanız tercih edeceğiniz işk yer bence. Dostlarımla birlikte geçirdiğim en güzel konaklama yeri diyebilirim. Son derece huzurlu doğayı ve denizi sevenler için şiddetle tavsiye edeceğim bir yer , fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi herşey tam ve eksizdi . Ev sahibi Serkan bey dost canlısı ilgili ve Herzaman çekinmeden yardımcı oldu çok memnun kaldık :) Artık hersene uğrak noktam olacak gibi görünüyor ✌🏼 Çok teşekkür ederiz :)

We had a great stay at this villa! The house looked exactly like the photos — clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The garden and pool were regularly taken care of, which made everything even more enjoyable. There’s a market within walking distance, which was super convenient. The villa is also very close to Kalkan, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

Mesut was an absolute wonderful host! He brought us fresh eggs on our first morning, always had the pool looking pristine, gave excellent recommendations and checked on us daily to make sure everything was great! His place is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for a big breakfast meals and a few dinners. Sitting out on the patio and looking out to the beautiful mountains. The area is super close the exclusive part of Kalkan ( 5 minute drive) or a long walk… it’s also 30 minutes from Kas. We explored the mountains as well and had a blast. We did it on our own but you can check it out with tour companies. The whole area is safe, fun and vibrant! Enjoy your stay here! We sure did :)

The property is nothing short of amazing. Altuğ and Cetin were excellent hosts from the moment we booked the villa, their communication was on point. They offered an airport transfer but we decided to rent a vehicle. We were able to meet at the gate of the property, very easy to find. If you are looking to get away and detach, this spot is absolutely perfect, but no more than 15-20 minutes away from being back in Ölüdeniz Beach. Despite being in a canyon, the Wi-Fi worked consistently when we needed it, but I would not recommend this location for a digital nomad. Stay here to put your electronics away and enjoy the peace and solitude. With that being said, the smart tv downstairs worked excellent for a movie night. The pool was pristine, and at night was stunning with all the lighting around the trees and other plants. There are some local dogs and cats (and a cockatiel) around the property that are some of the sweetest animals ever. Wish I was still there!!

Der Pool ist groß genug und bietet durch den Sichtschutz viel Privatsphäre, kein direkter Einblick möglich – man ist ganz für sich. Ruhige Lage, mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar. Herr Kemal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!”

We had a fantastic stay. The view is absolutely stunning and great sunset every night. The villa is well equipped with loads of space. You’ll need a car because there isn’t much walkable but the location is great - under 10 mins into Kalkan and 20 to Kaputas beach. Medine and her father were very responsive and welcoming.

Wir reisen seit über 30 Jahren nach Kaş und haben dort schon viele Häuser gemietet. Villa Juniper hat eine wundervollen Blick an der Spitze der Halbinsel auf den Sonnenuntergang .Auf der einen Seite die Berge, auf der anderen das offene Meer. Traumhaftes Szenario zum Sunset. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig mit 4 Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohn- und Essbereich im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt auf der Terasse sowohl eine Lounge-Ecke als auch einen Esstisch. Der Pool ist groß und erlaubt es nicht nur zu planschen, sondern auch sportliche Runden zu drehen. Die Pflege/Reinigung des Pools erfolgt freundlich und diskret täglich und die Kollagen Verwaltung reagiert kurzfristig auf Anliegen. Villa Juniper würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Villa, banyo,mutfak ,havlular ,çarşaflar, her şey düzenli ve temizdi.Manzarası ve sonsuzluk havuzu çok güzeldi. Havuz her sabah temizleniyor,derinliği ideal,kat kat ilerlediği için şezlongları da koyabildik ve güneşlenmek için keyifli oldu. Evde her türlü alet ve ihtiyaç mevcut. Biz sabahları filtre kahvemizi de demledik akşamları mangalımızı da yaptık. Keyif almak ve huzurlu bir ambiyans yaratmamıza el verecek koşullara sahiptik ve bizim için çok eğlenceli bir tatil oldu. Yunus bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi sıcak havuz konusunda yaşadığımız pürüzü orta yolu da bulacak şekilde çözümledi.Ayten hanım da çok tatlıydı🧿Onun dışında birkaç ufak detaydan bahsedeceksem kediler ve sinekler olur. Kedi misafirlerimizi onları beslemeden kovmaya çalıştık😅 Sabah saatlerindeki küçük sinekleri de kahve yakarak masamızdan kovduk ve off sprey sıktık . Dağlık bir bölgede olduğu için kaçınılmaz böyle şeyler,bizi de pek rahatsız etmedi.Genel olarak bizim için çok keyifli bir tatil oldu,tekrardan gelmek ister

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Nur die Schiebetüren nach außen sind teils schwergängig. Safet hat unglaublich schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Da wir in einer recht kühlen (aber sonnigen) Woche dort waren, haben wir sehr von der Fußbodenheizung im Erdgeschoss profitiert. Für die Bäder wurden umgehend Heizgeräte bereitgestellt. Weniger gut war ein unangenehmer Geruch in den Bädern (leider schon oft im Süden erlebt). Die Küche ist zweckmäßig. Wer empfindlich ist, könnte sich eventuell daran stören, dass der Pool teilweise von der Straße eingesehen werden kann. Hat uns selbst nicht gestört, zumal der Verkehr im März nahezu 0 war. Für uns war es jedenfalls ein toller Aufenthalt. Ach ja, nicht zu vergessen: Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über den Ort und das Meer.

Beautiful villa on the lovely Kaş peninsula. We lived there for a week and had a wonderful time. Dom was very helpful and responsive when we needed something and the villa maintenance guy Omer was also very friendly. The villa had everything you may need during your stay - microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a variety of cutlery. We greatly enjoyed the pool and the darts there. The only downside for us was that the villa had 3 bedrooms upstairs with pleasant views and 1 bedroom downstairs that is available from the different entrance and as we were a company of 6 people willing to use all the 4 bedrooms it was hard to decide who would stay in that last bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you, Dom and Omer, for making our vacation so nice!

Cüneyt’s home is likely one of the best kept secrets of Turkïye! The home is spacious and well equipped and the pool and private access to the sea are incredible. For a big group of people, everyone is able to have their own space but there are also spaces big enough to gather. The home is only a short drive to town where there are lovely restaurants and more public beaches. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Our stay here at Villa Calico was spectacular! One of the best holidays ever - beautiful views lovely and peaceful location the Villa was wonderful with everything that we needed and more ! Our family of seven thought we had died and gone to heaven ! Would definitely recommend this property and we will be returning again Excellent holiday 😎

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The villa was stunning inside and out. The indoor spaces were clean and modern, but the highlight was the pool and outdoor areas. We could also walk down to a sea platform to swim! Mehmet was helpful with all of our questions and made our stay so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Haftasonu insandan uzak bir tatil planınız varsa bu ev tam size göre. Ev sahibi çok cana yakın ve çözüme odaklı biri. Biz çok zevk aldık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. İleride tekrar imkanımız olursa gelmeyi düşünüyoruz

We had an amazing time with our kids. You don’t need to scroll further if you are looking for a quiet, private house with nice interior design. You can reach the most important beaches within 20-30 minutes by car. Fethiye city center is 20 minutes away. The pool was cleaned every early morning while we were asleep. The house is super clean and is equipped with everything that you need for cooking. Big thanks to Ömer bey, who looked after our wellbeing during our stay. We did not feel the need to reach out except for check in and check out due to the fact that everything was perfect!

Le séjour était impeccable, Tuna était d’une gentillesse et disponibilité incomparable. Nous avons adoré la villa, calme, propre et en pleine nature. Parfaite pour un couple. Localisation idéale, proche de nombreuses plages et du village de Kalkan. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Beautiful, private and spotless villa which was extremely comfortable! Very comfortable bed, sofa, chairs and the outside furniture. The villa is 8-10 min drive into the centre’s of Kalkan, we hired a car but a taxi is about £200TL which is about £4.00 sterling each way. Kalkan has a number of beech clubs which you either drive to or catch the water taxi from the harbour. We visited zest,Calki & Lures beech club all fabulous! We did a private boat hire on Whisper 3 boat family. £450 for a private hire of 4. The most amazing lunch and day. Favourite restaurants, Blue Terrace Restaurant fabulous. Kaptan dine and dance & Ali kaptan Turizm excellent. Iskelle coffee shop. Day trip to Kaz town 30 min drive. 10 min walk from the villa to migros supermarket which was average best to shop in kalkan at the independent fish mongers, green grocers and butchers. 2 -3 hour drive from Dalaman Airport . Highly recommended for a week -10 days. Villa has 4 street dogs which Mehmet mum looks after!

We couldn't fault this villa - it's great. Modern and clean and comfortable with lovely views and we had everything we needed. It's a residential area with stunning views over the houses in front out to sea. The location wasn't accurate so we weren't quite where we thought we were going to be but I can see the location has now been corrected. The villa is a 7-10 minute walk to Kalamar Beach Club (downhill there/free shuttle back up). Carrefour supermarket is about 15 minutes uphill. Old Town/Harbour is a 7 minutes taxi ride. Taxis are the way to go and super easy to organise - Baris leaves the taxi number in the villa. From the Old Town you can get boats to other Beach Clubs. There aren't many restaurants in this area, that we found anyway, but it didn't bother us as the Old Town and Harbour is great in the evenings for shopping, drinks and food. We can highly recommend this villa and Kalkan in general - we were a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys and all loved it.

Mahremiyet isteyenler için birebir bir mekan, ormanın içinde sakin ve sessiz. Evin içinde ihtiyacınız olan tüm eşyalar mevcut. Tarihi yerlere ve plaja arabayla gidilecek mesafede. Ev sahibi Ramazan bey ilgili ve dost canlısıydı. Güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Alperen Bey rezervasyon talebimizden itibaren konaklamamızın sorunsuz olması için gereken iletişimi ve ilgiyi gösterdi. Ev tamamen fotoğrafta göründüğü gibiydi. Hem evin içi hem de havuzun yer aldığı bahçe oldukça temizdi. Eşyalar uzun süreli konaklama için yeterli, on günlük tatilimizde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Tavsiye ederiz.
