Carlos was extremely friendly and concerned, the instructions for use and accommodation were very clear, plus Carlos' support made everything very simple and without wasting time. We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay in the apartment. The location is really the strong point, steps from the beach and with a view of this even from the terrace. We were able to sleep listening to the sound of the waves at night. The conditions of the place seemed good to us and as was stated with the listing. We want to return in the future because of the tranquility we felt. Ideal to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of Santiago.

From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to respond to any concerns. She greeted us to hand over the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Super equipped, comfortable and very well aromatized, you can see the care and dedication of Gloria. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the underground so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children the private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after bathing. The older ones can enjoy in the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is completely recommended and complies with everything offered in the notice. We hope to be back sometime. We really thank Gloria for all her attention.

Spacious and very family-friendly accommodation. San Alfonso has many activities for children such as swimming pools, slides, kayaking and water games (some of these activities have an additional cost). It is a very comfortable and safe place to walk with children as there are lifeguards. The apartment has most of the necessary implements for the stay (it would be good to replace some basic utensils in the kitchen and put in basic bathroom items such as a soap dish with soap and bleach for cleaning). Overall a good stay, recommended.
