Quiet accommodation. Very good location, paved access, ample parking, street lighting, spacious, cold A/C, Smart TV, kitchen, refrigerator, bar, hot/cold water (boiler). 4 blocks from the sea. Great option for resting and fishing. Space for 8 people (2 double bedrooms and 2 sofa beds) Security patrols as it is located in front of a school zone and soccer stadium (there are no neighbors). It has a filleting area and a ladder to board the boat.
