Very well located apartment with all new structure and available for use. Very close to the port, supermarkets and the main avenue of PDE. Maria helped us quickly at all times. I recommend it to everyone.

Wow, what about the view? Paradisiac! The rooms also have views to the other side of the beach. Amazing location, you can do everything on foot. Arejado. Large. Wash clothes, dryer, dishwasher. Building staff are very polite and helpful. And Cláudia always answered all my requests quickly. I'd like to come back in the summer.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is wonderful, extremely comfortable (we were 3 adults) and decorated with exquisite taste. It contains all the necessary equipment for everyday living, even books and magazines are available. The location is great. Graciela is very attentive, cordial and extremely pleasant, she always asked us if everything was okay. We were greeted by Lorena, very friendly and helpful with everything. A pleasure to deal with both of them. Graciela is a superhost. In addition to the apartment's amenities, the building has a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, play room, sauna, gym and beach service. Happy to have found Graciela's apartment!!!!

Ximena's house is as described, but in person it's even prettier! Very cozy, with a very relaxed vibe and surrounded by greenery. Everything was spotless, clean and with nice details. The area is ideal if you are looking for peace, but without being far from everything. And Ximena is a sweetheart: always attentive, good vibes and with all the clear indications.
