House vacation rentals in Isla Canela

Antonio was the perfect host right from the point of booking. He was communicative and helpful, providing lots of information about the house, the local area and check in process. When we arrived he was already at the property and gave us a quick tour-it was immediately apparently that the house was absolutely pristine and all the little details had been thought about so carefully-I cannot fault it. We were absolutely delighted and had an incredible week away. Antonio was on hand to answer any questions and we couldn’t have asked for more, I highly recommended this host and this properly.

We enjoyed a very relaxing and easy 7 days at Marie's house. The place is stunning, even more so than the pictures, and the effort that has gone into maintaining it is evident. Marie was always responsive when we had any questions either about the house or the local area, and waited to meet us after our late night flight, so we wouldn't miss the turning for the house. Getting into Tavira is super easy, the only consideration is that the driveway of the house is long and very bumpy. You don't need a 4x4 or anything, but it was a bit of a surprise the first time we got there! Would very much recommend this place and the local area. Merci, Marie!

Really nice little house with pool! Great with children and very calm area. Be aware that you drive ~25 minutes to the beach from Furnazinhas.

Had the most amazing holiday with friends. Villa was beautiful, if possible better than the photos! You do need a car to get around though or need to be happy to pay for taxis to get around which is also easy to do ☺️

This place was amazing and Carmen was there to help us during the entire stay. Amazing heated pool and the beer machine was of great help.

A Perfect Stay at Casa Clara! Our stay at Casa Clara in Santa Luiza was nothing short of magical. The house itself is stunning—elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, blending modern comfort with authentic Portuguese charm. The outdoor space was a dream: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing mornings. We especially loved the proximity to the charming village of Santa Luiza, which feels like a hidden gem. There are good restaurants, supermarket/bakery & pharmacy 2 mins walk from the house. Check in/out was seamless & communication with Patricia was excellent. We felt truly at home and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend Casa Clara to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in the Algarve.

This is one of our favorite Airbnbs ever. Not only has Christian thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay, the original charm of the building is amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring both Olhao and other parts of the Algarve. We loved the atmosphere of this smaller fishing village and felt right at home living in the old town area. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this apartment! Charming, stylish, clean, well equipped and perfect hosting. The outdoor spaces are amazing. We particularly enjoyed the ground level courtyard which is really a second living room. The location is amazing, 5-7 minutes from everything. We went to the islands several times which were such a surprise, so easy to get to, quaint and uncrowded with white sand beaches and clear water. Highly recommend.

Beautiful modern well equipped house in quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the central market area with some lovely restaurants. The roof terrace is wonderful and you can sunbathe or chill in the shade whatever your preference. Responsive host. Would highly recommend.

The house was great. Perfect position if you want to be staying in central Tavira. Jean-Louis and Lee were very welcoming, efficient, kind and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Great, just exactly as advertised, just be wary if you’re coming in the summer time it gets noisy until 11pm. But if your out eating it won’t matter

From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by how tastefully decorated and clean the house was! It was spacious and was our little oasis even when it was blazing hot outside - somehow the house itself felt many degrees cooler inside on the ground floor. Our group loved having breakfast in the patio every morning and the large kitchen made it easy for any food prep. It was a perfect stay for a group of four, well located next to the supermarket so we could grab groceries in the morning, and also always had sufficient parking within a 3 min walking distance for 2 cars! We would only note that there were small hiccups like the power on the 2nd floor turning off a couple of times during our stay, but was quickly resolved. Other than that, we had an amazing stay. We enjoyed a week in Noemi's nice house. We were here with 2 couples which is ideal because the house is nice and spacious with one bedroom with bathroom downstairs directly when you enter and reach one bedroom with bathroom upstairs via the terrace. This way you have privacy and share the living room, kitchen the terrace and roof terrace. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic on the sea and the market hall. The house is full of comforts and is located in the beautiful old town near the market hall and the place where the boats leave for the beaches is a 5-minute walk. There are umbrellas available. Noemi is hospitable and was there to welcome us and went up at 6:30 to say hello to us personally. The house has steep stairs that is good to know, it is an old fisherman's house. Thank you Noemi! We'd love to come back.

We adored Michelle’s property, it was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind, while having endless fun in the pool and watching the stars on the rooftop! The property is in a beautiful secluded area perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday with privacy, it was very clean, great amenities and the most stunning scenic surroundings to the property with a wonderful pool and dinning area where we have lovely dinners and got ready for evenings out together. Michelle was the most responsive and generous host we have come across who offered suggestions, instructions and help throughout the trip, replying with lightening speed. There is no wonder they’re a super post, if I could rate it 6 stars I would! Amazing.

We had a great week at Philippe’s place. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great spot to explore Olhão. The roof terrace gets the sun from Midday and was a lovely place to enjoy a meal and a drink in the evening. Philippe was nothing but helpful and we’d stay again if ever back in town!

Perfect accommodation in El Rompido, the location is excellent, next to everything but also very quiet. The upstairs terrace is ideal for enjoying at night, with a direct view of the estuary and the Rompido arrow. The owner is attentive and the person who welcomes you and shows you the house is a delight. Also perfect for golfers, the two Rompido courses are ten minutes away and some of the best in Portugal are less than an hour away. Worth repeating.

Our stay was simply wonderful – we didn't miss anything! The communication with Peter was excellent, he was always available, helped us with all questions and gave us great tips for the area. The place was very clean and well equipped – everything you need is there. We especially liked the large garden, which offers a lot of privacy, as well as the pool, which is perfect for cooling off. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back! Thanks a lot Peter!

Maria Teresa's house met expectations: super beautiful and well maintained, in a very quiet area, close to everything on foot and with everything we needed. The terrace is excellent for outdoor dining. We were all very satisfied with our stay and sorry we couldn't stay longer :)

We had a lovely week here , 9 adults , 4 small children. plenty of space for everyone . we loved the pool and the garden area.I would recommend this villa and would love to get the opportunity to return one day.
