Amazing villa, had a great time with family. Swimming pool is perfect, has a great outdoor area for small BBQ. The living area is quite big and a well equipped kitchen. The rooms are quite big as well with attached bathroom. We had a great time!

I'm super glad we found ur place n will certainly recommend this home to those visiting JB n looking for a large house to accommodate their large number of guests. Great value for money, great food nearby, n lots of local vibes like night market to look forward to. The biggest highlight for me personally was that the house had practically EVERYTHING a large group needed to keep themselves occupied. The care taken by the hosts and the attention to detail, putting themselves in guests shoes was really, next level. Cannot ask for anything more honestly. Anyone, who leaves a negative review or anything lesser then 5 stars, clearly is a rather fussy person and better off booking a hotel instead of an airbnb. Great stay, awesome house. This house is really an entertainment place to come with family as fully furnished with facilities like electronic gadgets, pool, karaoke, kids area and board game. Everything is perfect, my parents and kid love it so much. Owner is very nice and friendly. Definitely will come again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nice and clean place. Great for hosting big groups and events. Host is also responsive when attending to my enquires.

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

Felt right at home , in peace and serenity.. have never experience anything like this in other homes we’ve stayed.. the view outside the balcony anytime any day, was peaceful and lovely.. we’re planning our second stay here already.. great job host :) Xavier was also very easy to find and communicate with..

We had a lovely stay at this cozy 1-bedroom unit. The space is well-furnished and thoughtfully laid out, making it very comfortable. The view from the higher floor was fantastic, really added to the relaxed, peaceful vibe of the place. Location-wise, it’s perfect for us, just a stone’s throw from Paradigm Mall, which made shopping incredibly convenient. The building itself offers nice amenities, including a pool, a small playground, and a tiny gym. Security was friendly and helpful, and everything felt safe and well-managed throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the TV remote, which could be more user-friendly. But overall, a great stay and would definitely consider returning!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here! We have stayed in Suasana Suites several times, and this is the best apartment yet, with clean rooms and bedding, no clutter, smart TV with lots of options, great view from the bedrooms, etc. Will surely come back again

Provide snacks and coffee like hotel. Kitchen & room is very clean and felt like my home. Great for big family and friends gatherings. Will visit again with my cousins again

It’s my second time booking a stay with Lingling. The location cannot be better, it’s near to many highly rated eating places and two malls. She’s a highly responsive and helpful host. Will definitely stay with her again.
