It is located stably by the bridge and is ideal for you who love the tranquility of the harbor and want to wake up to the sound of the waves. No smoking in the cabin. Smoking is allowed upstairs. Possibility to book a sailing trip with the boat owner. Possibility to borrow a stand-up paddleboard.

The property is peacefully located with a nice park as a neighbor and an atmospheric marina at the end of the road. There is a private entrance and private garden with the possibility to barbecue and enjoy the outdoors. In just 5 minutes you can walk down to a beautiful, child-friendly sandy beach. Large shopping center is 1 km from the home, and Copenhagen is easily reached in about 25 minutes by car or train. Ideal for both families and couples.

Double bed in bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, single bed behind dining area. There is a bus about a few hundred meters away, it takes 8 minutes to Greve train station. Free parking, fast fibernet wifi 1000 Mbit/s. Let us know if you need anything else during your stay and we'll figure it out. Myself and my 2 children, aged 11 and 13, live just upstairs

Two cats need to be cared for. Playground outside. Less than 2 km to Waves, Hundige St., 1.9 km to Marina, 20 km to Copenhagen.

The apartment can accommodate 4 guests and has the possibility of an extra bed. There is coffee/tea for free use and if you need to wash clothes, it is possible. There are always clean linens and towels for use. The apartment is equipped with all service and kitchen equipment. The apartment is right next to the highway exit. It is in an industrial neighborhood but close to the lake. The apartment is not handicap friendly as you have to go up to the 2nd floor, take the apartment and there is no elevator!!!!

Minimum age of guests 25 years. No children, smokers or animals.
