I had such a lovely stay at this serene apartment in Ikoyi! Tucked away in a quiet and secure neighbourhood, it was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Lagos. The space was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless — just like the photos. The host (a gem!) was so responsive and made everything really easy. I felt right at home. Honestly, I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Lagos. I will definitely be back!

Okechukwu,s place was great. I loved the location, security was tight and they were all very friendly, the location is super safe and secure, quick to get to a lot of places. WiFi was very important for me as I was working and it was great, there’s also constant electricity and AC. I really did feel like a home away from home! He was super responsive and the flat also comes with a house manager that is there to help whenever you need it, highly responsive and the cleaning was every few days. Thanks for a great stay - will be back.

Wow, wow and wow. Getting to the apartment was quite easy. From the gate, the security was really good as we were ushered into the compound. We were greeted by the manager (David) with a very warm welcome (haf a red carpet laid out for us at the aprlartment entrance). The 3 bedroom apartment was in stunning condition and well designed. The rooms were well set up with enquire bathrooms in each, all in fantastic condition and smelt really nice. The amenities were as listed in the description and everything worked really well. I must commend David for his excellent communications in ensuring our stay was enjoyable and satisfactory. This will be my new home away from home going forwards as the service and location were perfect for us. Huge thanks to the management for the hospitality shown to me and my family. Please keep up the good work and continue to make visitors feel as welcomed as we did. I would highly recommend 1219 homes to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lagos.

I really appreciated how communicative he was, he is just a phone call away. even when we reached out at night, he didn't hesitate to show up and help us with a great resolution, he is a truly excellent host.

Michelle was a great host, responsive, and accommodating. The two-bedroom apartment was as described—cozy, homey, and safe—perfect for the guest’s needs. The only downside was a non-functioning elevator during the stay, but overall, everything was great.

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Lekki! The house itself is stunning — spacious, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The estate is secure and peaceful, and the amenities like the gym, pool, and clubhouse really made it feel like a true getaway. What truly made the experience outstanding, though, was Bishop, the house manager. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly — always available and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to check-out, he made me feel completely taken care of. If you’re looking for a high-quality place to stay in Lekki with top-tier service, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Loved this Airbnb!! Cozy and felt right at home. Attentive Host and Staff to assist with your needs. Better than the pictures (modern and stylish), and the shower is phenomenal (water pressure and hot water on point)! Has all the amenities you need, not trying to gas them up but this was definitely worth the stay! Highly recommended airbnb in the heart of Lagos and near many restaurants and shops. Aunty Oyinbo’s house was exactly as described. Beautiful home with lots of room for a big family. After having a horrible experience at a shortlet we found this house on AirBNB and immediately wanted to book for the next night. Payal immediately gained my trust after our 1st convo. She made it her aim to ensure we had a great experience which we did. I had the opportunity to meet her husband Lucky who answered any questions we had and although I didn’t get to meet Payal herself we communicated so often throughout the stay that I felt like we were friends! The housekeeper Bami was also great, very responsive, honest and completed task in a timely manner. Although there was periods of no power, it was never too long to where it caused a problem! They have a generator and inverter, AC units in each room outside of kitchen and even a washer & dryer! Added bonus is there is a community pool there. Great community near lots of things to do w/in walking distance. Definitely would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Samuel’s home and will stay again when visiting Lagos because it felt like home. He was a fantastic and super responsive host. The location was secure and central in Lekki (Meadow Hall). The apartment was clean and comes with a cleaning service every other day or on request by a maid who lives in the BQ.

From Sam I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Adijat's place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described — if not better. Adijat was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They provided thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special, such as local recommendations, snacks, and quick responses to any questions I had. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. Ms Adijat even went above and beyond by giving me the contact to the airline in order to help track my missing luggage from the airline I flew with. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

If you're seeking a home away from home, this is the place for you. Our check-in process was seamless, and Pascal, our attendant, was always available to assist with anything we needed. The air conditioning and electricity were reliable 24/7. My husband, who loves a cool environment, even found himself turning off the AC because it was so efficient. Power outages, were brief as the generator promptly kicked in, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The security and staff were both friendly and helpful. Conveniently, there's a grocery store within walking distance where you can find anything you might need. Our host, Ngozi even stopped by to ensure we had a pleasant stay, offering us a late check-out to accommodate our late flight, which was greatly appreciated. I plan to stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks to Ngozi and Pascal for making our stay memorable.

We booked this Airbnb at very short notice due to another accommodation falling through at the last moment. Gwen was so responsive and very helpful given our circumstances. The Airbnb is in a very secure and safe location, and the check in process was seamless. The house is in great condition, very clean and welcoming. It was also very easy to get around Lekki as the location is pretty good. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend.

Vivian is one of the greatest hosts I have ever met. She’s thoughtful, patient, accessible & all round wonderful. Went out of her way to do sth special for me that meant a lot. I highly recommend!

I had an amazing day, I felt so safe. The apartment is very modern with all the required utilities. I wish I could have stayed five more months. The apartment is in a good estate with access code. Plus there is Parking included and it’s close to many beaches. The WiFi works fine. The checkin is so fast and cleaning 10/10! I came from paris and this trip was well need. Will come back

We can’t brag about this place enough! Gbolahan’s place is immaculate. From the time we arrived we were greeted with Nigerian Welcoming vibes. Mr. Tumi was available to answer questions and was very responsive to our questions and needs for assistance. The security staff was also amazing! There is also a few nice lounges nearby, Our favorite is in walking distance…like 50-80 steps away! If we could give this place a 20/20 we would! You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had the basic essentials needed and was very cozy. We had a few issues typical of shortlets. But these were quickly resolved and attended to buy the host. Asides all of these, we generally enjoyed our stay.
