I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this apartment. It was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and made settling in effortless. The host, Mr. OlorunToyin, was welcoming and open to suggestions. While the apartment was mostly excellent, the bathroom does need attention, as water leaks onto the floor after showers. I reported this to the manager, who was otherwise very helpful and provided me with a clothes hanger when needed. His friendliness and responsiveness made a difference. The MTN internet service met the basic needs outlined in the listing but ran out quickly. For guests who work remotely or wish to stream content, upgrading to an unlimited plan would greatly enhance the experience. Also, while DStv is available, the option to log into personal Netflix accounts would offer more flexibility for international guests. Despite these minor issues, , I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return next time I’m in town. SEE YOU NEXT TIME

I loved this apartment - it is as described, modern, spacious, and has all the stated amenities. I will recommend this place to everyone and I’ll be staying again. If there’s anything to improve, it’ll be the internet speed but it’s fairly decent for casual use.

Lovely stay cleaning staff and security was very nice and helpful if needed. Host was very attentive and available. The place was safe and amenities were very good. It was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

The host was extremely responsive and anything we needed they helped with promptly. The only complaint I had, as a non native of Nigeria, I am not use to the stairs and there were 4 flights of steps I had to climb but manager and gate guy helped me and my husband bring the stuff up which was nice. There weren’t any bugs, the place was beautiful and had all the necessary utensils needed to cook. Will definitely be back.

My stay at the Apartment was wonderful, despite my last-minute booking! Communication was exceptional - the team responded quickly and made everything seamless. The Apartment was easy to find with the clear directions provided. The complimentary bottle of wine was a refreshing surprise after a stressful day - such a thoughtful touch! Everything is new and exactly as advertised - cozy, clean, and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The 24/7 power, air conditioning, and kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The staff were professional, respectful, and attentive, checking in occasionally without being intrusive. My experience exceeded expectations! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ikeja. Will definitely stay again on my next Lagos trip.

I have stayed in many Airbnb in Lekki, and several locations around the world. Dele's property can be easily regarded as one of the best so far.. the amenities as described in the advert were very accurate. flat was clean, peaceful. Dele has put in a lot of thoughts into the property to ensure guests feel at home. I will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lagos, who has a taste for quality and serene environment.

Everything was awesome apart from the pool, she said it was good to swim in, but it was not, it was dirty otherwise 100%

5-Star Stay – A True Home Away from Home I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Mr Jacob, the host, was pleasant and always responded to my queries promptly. Sam, the housekeeper, was exceptional – attentive, polite, and ensured everything was in perfect order throughout my stay. Emmanuel, the gate man, was also incredibly helpful and made me feel fully protected. He was always available to assist, which gave me great peace of mind. The apartment itself was cosy, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. I only experienced one power cut, but the generator kicked in immediately, so there was no inconvenience. The air conditioner worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and pleasant at all times. The location was also ideal — accessible to other towns and very easy to move around from. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

Wow, wow and wow. Getting to the apartment was quite easy. From the gate, the security was really good as we were ushered into the compound. We were greeted by the manager (David) with a very warm welcome (haf a red carpet laid out for us at the aprlartment entrance). The 3 bedroom apartment was in stunning condition and well designed. The rooms were well set up with enquire bathrooms in each, all in fantastic condition and smelt really nice. The amenities were as listed in the description and everything worked really well. I must commend David for his excellent communications in ensuring our stay was enjoyable and satisfactory. This will be my new home away from home going forwards as the service and location were perfect for us. Huge thanks to the management for the hospitality shown to me and my family. Please keep up the good work and continue to make visitors feel as welcomed as we did. I would highly recommend 1219 homes to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lagos.

We really felt at home and safe. So surprising that they cleaned the whole apartment during our stay which rarely occur for an air BnB reservation. All the staff ( Mr. Olamide, Emmanuel, Segun, Issac, and Paul are very courteous and helpful. We had a swell time. Easy transportation to get to most places and easy access to food too.

The property was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. The estate is secure, with a code required to gain entry, giving us extra peace of mind. Electricity supply was steady throughout our stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay – we would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a great time at Smith’s apartment. An awesome lay out. Great for family or friends trip . All the assistance was provided when needed. There were a few issues with electricity and power during my stay that had nothing to do with Smith and his great crew who were all accomodating . I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay at Teddy’s place! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Communication with Lisa, who helped manage the stay, was excellent — she was quick to respond and very helpful. Two out of three AC units worked perfectly, and the TVs were good quality, adding to our comfort. The bathrooms were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The lights went out now and then, but they always came back quickly, so it didn’t really bother us. The only thing we missed was having a few more amenities in the building and around the apartment complex. Other than that, everything inside the apartment was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Patricia communicated positively and quickly. Handled all questions and issues in a timely manner. The apartment was very nice with an amazing view. The restaurants on property were a good value with excellent food and service. The pool was awesome as well. I would like to stay there again on my next visit.

I would definitely be back to this place. The host was great. It was difficult to get there because it’s a newly estate in a fairly new street, but I felt safe. Chola is my guy!! Very helpful security and management team. They are quick to help you if something goes wrong. Though the area may not have much in short walking distance, you can uber to a near mall called Circle mall which is 5 minutes away or order and live real good. We enjoyed this place and they did us well.
