Our house is very central and still in a quiet location. Shops, bus stop, restaurants and swimming pool can be reached on foot in a few minutes. I live in the house with my mom. We rent three rooms on the 1st floor, a private living room is available on the ground floor. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house. WiFi is free!

Our accommodation is located on the famous cycle path Via Claudia Augusta in Tösens, one of the smallest towns in the Tyrolean Oberland and AWAY FROM THE TOURIST CROWDS. The large bongert around the house is quite unique, where you are free to use various outdoor seats (like the garden lounge with outdoor kitchen) and where you can enjoy your vacation with “DISTANCE”.

The ability to make tea or coffee, the presence of plates, cutlery, etc. and the assurance of Karin that we did not have to wash dishes is a sign of the hospitality of these people. The bathroom was also spacious and beautifully finished. Everything was very clean. Moreover, it was completely quiet, so we slept well. Recommended.”
The appartement with 140sqm is situated in the West part of the village. In Winter it is absolutely necessary that you are surefooted. Parking is possible at the public car park. The next busstop (Sala) is approx. 5 minutes away. This is also the place where the skibus will pick you up.A small breakfast with coffee or tea, müsli, fruits, joghurt, jam, butter, bread will be available for 10 CHF per day and person in case of prebooking. We have to cats who will live with us from Dec .19 on.
