Double bedroom with ensuite shower set on the ground floor with private guest entrance in a large, architecturally designed family home. A mature garden surrounds the house which helps create a calm ambience. Beautiful Woodstown beach just a stone's throw away while Dunmore East is just 5kms and Waterford City 10kms. Cosy pad across from sea/train station/coffee shop

This house has always been described to me as warm and peaceful, while being central to so many beaches and the best transport links. The house has 3 different beaches all less than 10 minutes walking distance, has the train line into Dublin City or Howth right across the road and also has a lovely coffee shop across the road with local shops only being a 5 minute walk. Parking is available at the house.
