Located at the end of the main boulevard it had easy access to fantastic restaurants and the highly engaging Indigenous and Steam Boat Museums. Watch the birds over the Amazon while being tucked away from the city noise. A true delight in this charming and exotic city.

I really loved my time at Boulevard 251. This is a safe and welcoming sanctuary in the heart of Iquitos. I felt as if I was staying with friends or family. As a solo woman traveller I particularly appreciated that reception is always attended to. Jim and the staff were so kind, speak English and gave helpful suggestions for getting around Iquitos. The room itself was lovely, super clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for a self-contained stay. The view over the river is stunning. The garden is beautiful as is the communal lounge area. The location is ideal for exploring Iquitos and surrounds. I felt right at home from the start. This is the place I would stay if in Iquitos again.

This place seems to be my home in Iquitos. I felt very comfy and I had very good contact with the staff. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a lot of cosy places to sit down and relax. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable as well. Moronacocha district is quiet and I didn't hear the street noise which allowed me to sleep well and rest. The water in the shower is hot, there is a heater in the bathroom. All of the staff are very kind and easy-going, they're doing a very good job. I wish them good luck and hope to see them again soon!
