Great spot at the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable and the AC strong. The view of the river was a real treat.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y cómodo, es tal cual las fotos y los anfitriones han sido muy amables y proactivos. Hemos disfrutado la estancia en el departamento, sin duda lo volvería a visitar.

This place seems to be my home in Iquitos. I felt very comfy and I had very good contact with the staff. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a lot of cosy places to sit down and relax. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable as well. Moronacocha district is quiet and I didn't hear the street noise which allowed me to sleep well and rest. The water in the shower is hot, there is a heater in the bathroom. All of the staff are very kind and easy-going, they're doing a very good job. I wish them good luck and hope to see them again soon!

Amazing place, beautiful and serene - incredible views of the river. Very clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Perfect place to stay just after coming out the jungle!

Beautiful space inside and out. The staff is super helpful and polite and friendly. Loved the balcony with hammock as well as the courtyard, grill area and pool. Truly lovely place.

Nice place with a somewhat weird vibe. 7 blocks from the main square where most of hotels, higher calibre restaurants, and tour offices are. You can walk there or a cab will run you about 3 Soles. I didn't feel in danger around there at night, but I'd advise you not to look too flashy if you're obviously foreign. The apartment is a nice two room suite. The air conditioning unit and two fans kept the place a comfortable temperature even in the middle of the day. The AC drips condensation and forms a puddle in the hallway outside that you need to take to get to the washing machine. There's a nice big modern washer and dryer, but to get there you have to go down the stairs from your place to the lobby, then walk the narrow hallway with the puddle past the other units in the complex, then go up a spiral staircase two stories to get to the dark backroom with the washer and dryer, and then probably plug them in as well as they're kept unplugged. The time estimates the washer and drier gave me weren't very accurate and I had to make this trek many times to check up on my laundry. But they worked well and were never full when I needed them. Place was clean when I got there, but everything felt a bit soapy like they used a soap solution and didn't rinse. I stayed about a week and a half and after about a week they came in and did a cleaning while I was gone. I like fresh sheets, but I would have appreciated being asked if I was okay with someone coming into the unit. Nothing was taken, but I was freaked out for a bit before I could confirm that. Good kitchen with a gas stove with I think just one burner that works, a kettle, a good pan and pot and enough utensils and plates for about two people. No ventilator for the stove and gas particles are really bad for you, but that seems to be the norm in this part of the world. Street noise wasn't too bad. Wifi was intermittent. I couldn't get any use out of it at all with my laptop and the signal would go in and out on my tablet and phone. Best internet in town I found was at Ari's Burger, which didn't have that problem at all. Host communication was good.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse en familia, el departamento es muy cómodo, limpio y genial que cuente con aire acondicionado. La atención que nos brindaron ambos anfitriones fue muy buena, nos dieron las facilidades de hacer realizar el check in tarde y del check out súper temprano. La zona es muy tranquila y aunque es transitada el ruido no se filtra en el departamento. Recomiendo mucho este lugar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Estuvo muy bien la estancia, habia aire acondicionado, habitaciones amplias y la zona muy bien para llegar puntos de interes!!
