Vacation rentals with a patio in Iosco County

Beautiful spot on Lake Huron just steps from the beach. The cottage is connected to others, but it feels private and shares a large deck with only one unit next door. The couple days we spent here were so peaceful. We didn’t see another soul on the beach. The decor inside was so cute and had so many little touches. The bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I both said we slept better there than we have in months. Highly recommend staying here! Linda is a wonderful host.

We loved our stay at Linda’s place and will definitely be back! The unit is well appointed with everything you’d need and more, and very clean and spacious. The deck was a treat with dog gates and a Blackstone- surprise! The beach is well manicured (and has fire pits!) and quiet, and is a one minute walk from the unit. Great place for a beach getaway!

We had a great stay at the Aloha House! It was super clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. The beach here is huge! I would definitely stay here again! Linda was always available if I had a question or concern.

Upon arrival, it was easy to find and easy to get into. It is right on Lake Huron and the beach itself is immaculate. The space was beautifully decorated and had all kinds of useful amenities. It was really cozy. :) Amazing experience! Will be back!

Beyond words our stay at this amazing cottage was the best ever all around! Karen and Nick are fantastic hosts! Waking up to the amazing, beautiful view of Huron Lake was simply the most amazing first time experience for us! Everything you could possibly need is supplied. The cottage is the perfect blend of modern and rustic. The awesome fire pit, beautiful sightseeing of nature, great fishing, and so much more made this the perfect "Up North" experience. You will love it! We guarantee it! Thank you truly to Karen and Nick for making this an unforgettable vacation for my husband and I, but most of all being the best hosts experienced! First and foremost Our Host Cassandra was awesome from the time we booked till we left.❤️ We had our first family vacation here and the location and the fishing and the whole area with the beach right down the road was absolutely perfect and beautiful!! Exactly what we wanted!! Also the fully stocked kitchen plus the other one lol was awesome even tho we didn’t even use the upstairs kitchen it was awesome to have it ❤️ My family and I truly recommend this cabin aka RIVER HOUSE 🥰 p.s. We left wood for the next family 🥰

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful lakeside cottage! My husband and I stayed here with three of our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house was incredibly well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing family getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The cottage was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked—from the kitchen essentials to cozy bedding and everything in between. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy, yet the common areas were perfect for gathering, sharing meals, and making memories together. The location on the lake offered a peaceful view and opportunities for fun. tThe grandkids fished all day, we cooked out for dinner and we ended the evening with a wonderful fire at the fire pit provided, every moment felt special. We’re so grateful for such a seamless and enjoyable experience and will definitely be returning!

This was the perfect location for my stay, close to my event, spotless clean, beds were extremely comfortable and loved the tvs in all bedrooms, the fireplace was my favorite thing.

Girls weekend at Van Etten Lake. House is adorable with plenty of amenities. The back deck is as where we spent most of our time. Large and comfy. We had a bonfire one night (thanks for leaving us some wood - it’s hard to gather on motorcycles ;)). Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. We had a beach day in Oscoda and we want to come back! Found some nice spots for dinners. The weekend was over way too soon! Thanks for a great spot!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything was super clean, there is plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the spacious deck and beautiful beach just a short walk away. We would definitely stay there again.
